All Welcome
The air had grown crisp as she traveled. The scent of salt and sand had tickled her nostrils, teasing her softly. The clouds had taken over the sky making the lighting dim and depressing. The shadow princess made her tracks known as she entered the sandy beach, each step she took left a print behind. Slowly she lowered her head to sniff the ground for any sign of another. The sand stuck to her nose when she breathed in, nothing come of the trail she was on. Perfect. Waves crashed against the shore, daring anyone to try them every beat they made on the sand. Ears erect as she continued on her way.

Eventually the cool grittiness turned into a soft but dampened grass. The change sent goosebumps that extended the length of her body. Harmony shook her pelt to get rid of the irritating bumps that had intruded on her skin. The travel from the Valley to the Bay had made her a bit tired. The yawn was unexpected as her mouth dropped and her tongue lolled out from her mouth. Still annoyed from the bumps, she hurried to close it. Up ahead she noticed a crashing water fall. It was here that she let her legs fall from under her, laying and grooming her fluffy fur.

"Come all you young sailor men, listen to me. I'll sing you a song of the fish in the sea;" The thick musk of blood hung in the air as it dripped from her darken maw. Though there was no prey in sight, for she successfully caught a fish, before eating it. Now was the time to sing songs of joy and taking a moment to stroll after a mighty battle of feasts! Norsamu's usual was to go up and down the Sequoia Coast, before returning back to the bay for a time of rest, "And it's... Windy weather, boys, stormy weather, boys! When the wind blows, we're all together, boys; Blow ye winds westerly, blow ye winds, blow! Jolly sou'wester, boys, steady she goes!"

"Up jumps the eel with his slippery tail! Climbs up aloft and reefs the topsail!" As she was singing and not particular paying attention to the surrounding area, her paws unconsiously led her to an area not yet explored by her. She was far too busy loudly singing her tales, but before finishing the shanty, Norsamu's ears perked to the sound of a rushing waterfall. She of course, promptly started to give a haste pace over there.

That's where she spotted another, and giving a rather red grin, the charasmatic wolf was quick to give a boisterous greeting, "Ahoy there!" Norsamu called out to the unknown wolf, "lovely place, aye?" Her orange eyes gazed around in curiousity as she glanced at the waterfall, to the grass, and then back at the wolf. She didn't know such an area existed, ah! Suppose that just means the white maned wolf needs to explore just a bit more.

While her her tongue ran through her fur she heard a noise pierce her ears like scissors. Was someone singing? Harmony couldn’t believe what she was hearing if that’s what she was hearing. The voice wasn’t particularly bad, for someone else, but that didn’t mean that the shadow queen wanted to be disturbed while she cleaned her fur and relaxed beside the falls. Her bicolored eyes scanned the area for the culprit.

Thats when she saw another wolf coming toward the falls. Just when I was getting started, Harmony thought as she rose to her feet in alarm at the other.

To her surprise the other had talked as though she lived by the sea all her life. Her head tilted to the side as she tried to make sense of the accent the other had, but wouldn’t dwell on it long as she had her own accent if she would ever show it. A shake of her pelt gave her confidence to move forward to inspect this stranger.

As she tip-toes forward the other had said the place was lovely and Harmony didn’t necessarily disagree so she nodded her head slowly. The shadow queen had stopped a respectful distance away and started to analyze the other wolf. If this wolf had grown up here maybe she could be of use to Harmony getting around these parts. Her eyes narrowed at the thought as she wasn’t sure of the answer and wasn’t sure if she wanted to ask.

The other wolf looked cautious yet proud and even stood up, "ya don't need to stand for dear ol' me!" Norsamu joked at the lass, giving a wild laugh at the movement. She presented no caution or worry, and spoke out to the wolf in a jolly tone. She grew up without any sort of guard needed, and while understood the dangers another wolf may present... She didn't care. If it came to it, fight her way out of hell.

"Cat got ya tongue aye?" Norsamu cackled more at the dames silence and managed to joke about it. Some wolves tended to be naturally quiet, and she didn't really mind that, as she knew quite well how to talk to herself. Lot of time the maned wolf simply rambles on, she enjoys the conversation! Ah, but, will this strange wolf provide a pleasant talk, or only nods and shakes?
