Sitri shifted and walked down the mountain. He stayed hidden in the crags and recesses of the ridge. Preferring to keep to himself. He hunted for his pack, he helped kill for his pack and he served Cara with an undying loyalty. The others he could actually care less if they were near. Though he knew that this was not the way of a pack animal. So he had decided to make a brief appearance below. There were so many new scents, he couldn't keep them all straight. He wondered at it. Tilting his head his scars bright in the sunlight. He sighed as he continued on, anxious and restless, but unafraid.

He made it to the small lake near their home and he walked around it. He studied the ice, though it was cold and cruel it was beautiful. It's pretty icicles that hung from the trees. Oh but they were dangerous those things, he had seen one cleave someone in half that had stood directly underneath. It had been a young thing, but it had been curious and disgusting to watch.

Becoming more and more settled into her new home, Alusia set off to discover more of the Spine's hidden secrets. Mabye she could find a hare to hunt or possibly come across another packmate. It wasn't long before her sensitive nostrils picked up a fairly new scent.

Tracking down the unfamiliar wolf, she found a male standing close to some icicles. Giving a chuff to alert the wolf, she steadily walked closer to him and gave a slight nod of her head. This male had visible scars across his face and eyes that appeared to glow red.

Not sure how the male was going react, the pale female kept her distance for now, until she was sure he wasn't bothered by her presence. "Umm... Hi" Alusia greeted with a slight sway of her tail, and a friendly voice. Who knows, maybe this male was actually gentle and had just had a rough past, he definitely the had scars to prove it.

Sitri could tell some of the smells that criss crossed the territory lands. He did not know their names, but he knew their scents. And that would save their life if he came across them. He was a bit like a ghost, always silent and in the shadows.

Sitri shifted and studied the she wolf in front of him. One of the pretty ones from the hunt. What was her name? He couldn't remember, so he dipped his muzzle down to the ground in greeting instead. Hello I'm Sitri. Well met. That was all he said. He did move away from the icicles though. He would hate to see them mar her pretty hide if they were to fall.

As she watched for the males reaction, she was glad he responded kindly. Now knowing the males name she introduced herself. "Hi Sitri, I'm Alusia" she responded and watched as he moved away from the icicles. The young female became interested in his backround, and how long he had been in the spine, she hoped the conversation would go as well as her and Wyvern's.

"How long have you been at the Spine" she asked before adding on "I'm recently new." She quietly waited for him to speak, as she had all her focus on him. He seems like the warrior or warden type, Alusia thought in her head. Perhaps that is how he got all his scars, protecting the Spine.

He had to try out her name first. Alu...Alucha...Alusia...Alusia. he gave her a smile. Sad that she had to hear his terrible language, but glad that her name wasn't so hard to say. if she disliked how he acted, she could always turn and run.

Sitri tilted his head, the question being the second time he had been asked in mere days. Since the beginning. About 5 months. Before that I was on the mountain too. You like it here?

The pale female smiled when he tried to pronounce his name. She found it adorable how he had trouble with his language, and gave him a nod of reassurance when he said her name correctly. When she heard how long he's been here, she was surprised. He was definitely a loyal member, and the pale wolfess was happy to have met someone who is not new to the Spine.

When he asked if she liked it here, Alusia gave a sway of her tail while answering his question. "Yea, the Spine territory is really beautiful, and it reminds me of my arctic home" she said smiling happily at the male, and hoped she wasn't being awkward.

Sitri bowed his head at her smile. Thinking that she was laughing at him. He didn't growl or anything though, just kept his head down. Afraid that she would laugh harder. It didn't necessarily hurt his feelings, but it made him not want to try, when others laughed at him.

He looked around in confusion. Why does it remind you of coldness? he didn't know much of the ARctic, but he did know it was cold. The spine was cold yes, right now. Though when spring came it would warm up. He was confused.
