Verdigris Ravine Snuggle party!

Snuggle thread so Chisa doesn’t go inactive. All of Saris kids welcome!No posting order!

Chisa, now 12 days old and totally unaware…. Stirred from her slumber, she had her little tounge sticking out, after having a warm comfy meal. She shifted, pulling her tounge back in and moved toward her sisters @Andanari and @Kira, gently bumping them with her nose a few times. She made a tiny yip as if to say hi.

Her siblings had soft fur like her, though they gave no warmth. She and they only felt that from mom who was only inches away.

Andanari felt a tiny bump. Though she didn't hear, she felt the vibration as her sister yipped at her. She swung her head in that direction. Little ears moving, though she was oblivious to the fact. A paw reached out, and then flopped unsure what to aim for.

She scooted closer to the vibration. Curious now.

Throwing S'ari in here as a cameo! Skip me moving forward.

S'ari stirred from her slumber when one of her children gave a yip. She nudged them with her nose, sniffing, ensuring they were well. Then she gave all of her little sunlings a lick on each head and settled back down. It had been nearly two weeks since the birth and she was growing restless staying inside her den with her babes, but they were not yet old enough to venture out. So, she slept.

While S'ari slept, Ki'ra did too. 

Dreamlessly, her mind filled with little but static grey. Head empty, so to say.

She did not feel the first nudge, nor the second, but the third brought with a wavering cry along with the loss of her sister. More upset than annoyed, the little girl shuffled blindly through the cooling sand, searching to restore warmth so that she could return to a peaceful nap.

This thread is just so darn cute :3 I love this and may fade eventually. Thanks to family for joining

She felt the aimless flop nearby, then sensed her sister’s upset…. Momma licked them, she started to shift back toward her other siblings. Perhaps they could be one big pile of warmth for each other.

Andi made it and folded around a small pile of warmth the size of herself. Sight less eyes, deaf and mute. But she felt warm and safe and loved. Even if she could not put such things into words.
