I don't plan on posting with Fox again (sleepy mommy), so consider this a free for all so y'all can get your three posts in if you'd like. :)
The derpy pup was only vaguely aware of the lumps of warmth around him. Mostly, he drank. Being the smallest of the litter (some might say the runt), he struggled when his other siblings were pushed beside him. Soon, one shoved him out of the way, taking his beloved food source away from him.
Instead of squawking like the others might have, the derp stayed silent. He wasn't particularly satisfied with the situation, but his little derpy brain didn't do anything about it. Nor did his instincts. Instead, he began to crawl over on of his siblings, smooshing his tiny baby paws into their flesh. They probably wouldn't notice, given that they were preoccupied with eating, squeaking, and fighting over the best spot.
