Rhanno usually wasn't one for scouting. He wasn't the adventurous sort and his bones protested against longer hikes. However, as grand as the fields of Hoshor Plains were, he knew he couldn't spend all his time there. The whole of the Khalas were to look after the herd of bison — they would be fine while he went out to...stretch his legs. At least, that was what he would tell them if they asked. In truth, it was because he had a strange sensation to go out. Explore.

What was he, a pup?

The elder cast away his vexed confusion with a rough shake of his coat, setting narrowed eyes upon the river in the distance. He started towards it, leaving the Plains at a swift trot, tail swinging idly behind him.
This post sucks, sorry. But thanks for starting, though!
@Rhanno would you like to continue this or...?

The pack had lost a crucial member lately. The Dosh Khaleen had vanished without previous notice, and now Rakharo had only Lavakho to rely on. But the need to have an elder by your side to counsel you, even if it was a perverted and bitter man, was still big enough to follow Rhanno wherever he was going so happily.

"Going somewhere?" the Khal asked as he approached from behind. The old man's tail was waving airily behind him, which was odd. Rakharo knew littrle about this wolf other than his previous life as Khal and rapist, but he didn't blame him for anything.
