Why would he return to this suffocating dark forest? Even Riptide himself did not know, and he truly wasn't sure if he wanted to know. Sometimes you were better off not knowing some things, these were one of those times. Riptide pushed those chilling thoughts aside as he cautiously and silently approached the borders, this time, he did not go so close immediately. He wasn't a coward, but he really didn't need an encounter with that insane girl again. So the russet male stayed a respectable distance away, analyzing the forest with wary turquoise eyes.

"제발! 왜 나는 아직도 여기?" Riptide muttered in his native tongue, annoyed and confused at himself. Was he mad? Did madness run in his family? Now you're being extremely idiotic, the inner voice inside his head snarled at himself. The russet male scowled at the dark forest and sunk his claws into the earth before flinging some at the borders in frustration.
Amber eyes glared from the shadows of Blackfeather, observing a russet wolf as it pitched dirt towards the gloomy territory. Teeth appeared from beneath blackened lips in outrage at the show of disrespect. What did this stranger think he was doing? Had he lost his mind? Grim wondered if the wolf had not yet met those that haunted these woods. Well, he was about to meet the worst of them.

Slowly Grim transitioned from the darkness and into the light. He made his presence known with a deep growl, debating if he should attack and ask questions later, or vise versa. But with all the trouble he has been in concerning his assault on his own pack members, he determined that it may be best to figure out who this wolf was. There were so many new members to Blackfeather it was hard to tell who was an enemy and who was an ally. With the way this wolf was acting, Grim assumed that this stranger was more than likely the latter. But Burke had made it clear what would happen if he attacked another pack member. Grim hated how tied to this pack he was; that he allowed another wolf to force him to obey commands. He wasn't the type to bow down to any wolf, but he had a lot to lose now.

Thinking of Lusa and his pups, Grim quickly inquired about why the wolf stood at the boarders of Blackfeather Woods. "
Are you a new member?" If this stranger, that mirrored his own coat, was a loner or from a different pack then Grim would quickly dispose of him. It wouldn't do to have a strange male entering the woods with his newborn pups about. Even thinking about the danger caused his muscles to quiver in anger. Attack, the voices told him. Kill him, they said eagerly. Grim wanted nothing more than to attack, but he had to wait for an answer.

If the first words from this male's mouth made him out to be an enemy, Grim would lunge without hesitation. To him, there were no thoughts of possible recruitment. Only death for the trespasser.
