For Chakra! I've been meaning to get this up for eons, derp. Kinda PP'd her scent trail, just kick me if you want that changed. :)
He had not seen much of her since his acceptance. Only in passing perhaps, a fleeting glimpse of ivory between the rugged evergreens, a glimmer of vivid turquoise against a face as white as snow. Chakra Feralheart seemed a private creature who kept mostly to herself, yet had time for those who sought it. And so Viinturuth did just that: he set out to find his alphess that evening after the sun had set, and trotted with ease across the frozen forest floor in search of a fresh trail.
He did not find her scent immediately, but as he slunk through the trees it stood out fresh among the pine. The dark brute lowered his proud head and inhaled deeply, finding a spot where the alabaster leader had likely left a mark of deterrence for outsiders, and he pressed onward. Viin wasn't sure how recently she'd passed by, but he followed her tracks at a swift pace with the hope of catching up with her.
Viinturuth entered an area of the woodland that made him pause in his tracks at once, and his pale eyes scrutinised the land before him. He wondered if perhaps her den-site was nearby and if it was, was she even there? Curious, the dark wolf woofed to alert any potential nearby pack-mate to his presence, and took a few tentative steps forward.
