Nemesis stopped to catch her breath. It had been a while since she ventured out of Blackfeather and she had no need. She was comfortable in the dark pack, despite the multiple members who had already set her off. It was only a matter of time before she would rise higher and better. She had already started her training with Burke, to be an Assassin and she did believe she was well on her way. But there was a feeling, etching at the back of her mind, that reminded her of the days when she had no pack to be faithful to. No rules, boundaries or regulations. Though she knew that Blackfeather was her home, she felt constricted. It's just the confusement talking to you. You love the pack. It's been awhile since you've committed to one, these feelings are expected. Just do what you've always done and keep going, she reminded herself. Deciding to take a quick break to clear her mind, she ran. To where she didn't know, maybe somewhere new. She hadn't exactly explored the surrounding land when she came to Blackfeather and knew that she would have to know sometime.

She hadn't gone too far away from Blackfeather, but just enough away for her to clear her mind. The flatlands had a lot to offer, forests, rivers,  a little bit of everything.
She could smell the scent of many wildlife that had passed through here. Food was still scarce at Blackfeather and it was refreshing to take in what she used to smell every day. But food was not the reason she came here. Picking up her feet, she continued her sprint, dodging overturned trees and rocks. There was none around to bother her, and she liked it that way.
Finally, she settled at a slow pace. Looking around, she instantly felt insecure. Her nose twitched at a new scent, a wolf. Narrowing her eyes, she speculated who it could be. Someone from Blackfeather following you? No, she was sure she left suspected. It was male, different. Latching onto the scent, she silently followed. She was ready for attack, it was her nature. Perhaps it was another weakling like the one she and Ayana had found. Smiling crookedly, she approved the thought. Blowing off some steam could muddle her feelings. But who she found was anything but weak. She could not see him clearly from so far away, but she could tell his figure was toned and all together no to be messed with. But what could she do but not be curious. Setting others to madness was her speciality and since he wasn't in Blackfeather, she could be in no trouble doing it. Creeping silently towards the stranger, she smirked. Surprise was her standard. Though she could not see this encounter ending up any good, she didn't care. She waited silently in the bushes to strike, smirking malevolently. To think that someone in Blackfeather had once tried to do this to her was just comical.
