Wasn't sure how to make it all roll out with all the possible out comes, so let's play it. @Amekaze @Dante and Nishu arriving at the border. @Rain and @Blue Willow heads up! Other members of Blacktail may join in. Anyway let see how it goes! :P

It's a strange feeling to have when there is someone you must find, while it is also means facing a nightmare once you do. Nishu wanted to find Rain at all cost but that determination he had was fading away as he and the others reached the borders of Blacktail. If it was Rain here, then what would she think of him? It's so clear that he is a flawed Knight. Too imperfect to even be called one now. A little failure was barely acceptable when it comes to being in service. His mistake was no where near little and would be completely unacceptable in the eyes of his fellow Knights at home. To add to that, he wasn't even suppose to be here in the first place. He never found the one he was suppose to serve. A good for nothing failure who was dishonoring the title of a Knight. It was a rather dark feeling to bare knowing that all his life he wanted to be the great knight that ever lived.

He just wanted to sleep now, didn't matter where but before he could he needed to do what was necessary and make things right. "Should we wait here or go pick her up?" He asked. He didn't count on making a similar mistake as before. Just now thinking on it, has he done anything right as a Knight? He felt nothing but unease, how would this all end when it's over?
For much of the way, she traveled at the rear of the group but already caught herself thinking too far ahead. So much banked on this actually being Rain.. not anyone else, although she honestly could not think of who else it could be. The Sunspire ranks had been so small in recent months, and misplaced members were not commonplace. Months ago some had left outright, many of them of their own choosing, so Amekaze could think of no one else this could be. She was hoping that this would be the end of it and that they could take Rain to somewhere safe where she could heal in peace.

Amekaze slowed up when borderlands began to approach, although she continued to buzz with quiet anticipation. She'd never liked being all too close to other packlands so from here on out, she watched Dante keenly and was mindful of her posture. It was up to him what they did.. as they relied on him to know exactly where she was location.

Ame didn't expect him to go out of his way for them but she did want to get this done quickly and efficiently so they'd all be no longer his issue. He was already being generous and for that she was immensely thankful. She knew how it was when finding injured wolves so close to home, and would understand his choice no matter what.

When Nishu asked of their next step, she nodded subtly and peered to the Plateau wolf as she lingered beside her comrade.. His call. She was fine with staying here or getting her themselves. All that was sure was that the sooner she got to Rain (hopefully), the better for everyone.
i didn't want to assume too much in case Blue or Rain wanted to jump in and clarify location :) feel free to though if you want to keep this moving

In response, he led them close, breathing in deeply in an attempt to find if the cave before them still held the woman and the healer who was tending her.  He couldn't tell.  "Last I knew, she was in there." He indicated the mouth of the den.  "Blue?"  He called out, to determine if perhaps the healer was around.  He did not know the other female's title to summon her similarly.

If they were not here, he would take them inside.  She had to he nearby at least.  "We will pick her up wherever necessary.  It will be easier if those who know her moved her."  He wasn't especially thrilled at the concept of them trespassing farther, but these were extenuating circumstances.
Blue came from around the corner wrappings and herbs in her mouth. She blinked once or twice at the wolves assembled near their front door, and felt her hackles ripple with wariness. She looked to Dante and then back towards the cave and shifted her weight. I imagine she is sleeping. The pain has been insurmountable, and I have kept a steady supply of herbs to deal with pain in her. No need to worry, none of the ones that can cause hallucinations.

She then sniffed gently at the cave mouth and chuffed. She didn't want ot have to crawl in unless she had too. The cave wasn't very big, it was fine for Rain and when she needed to heal, but she preferred to stay on the outside looking in.
Now he was sure that Rain was here, It would be impossible to not recognize her scent. Though she could be there within that cave he wasn't ready to see her. He had that hope that it was someone else but that would be just to delay facing the truth. The healer showed up, likely to check on Rain. Nishu's chest felt stabbed when the healer mentioned that Rain had to go through so much pain. It's all his fault, If only he was a better Knight he could have prevented all her injuries. Suddenly he just didn't have the gut to face her. He would rather be dead than to appear alive in front of Rain. Imagine seeing the Knight uninjured while the master bares with so much pain, It would be so disgraceful.

Wanting to leave, Nishu tried to make an excuse. "She needs to be well rested before we try to move her. It would be better for us to wait around nearby until she awakens on her own." He said, not wanting to be the first Rain would see. He already started walking (to go hide somewhere), assuming it was ok. He never though he would be so afraid of facing the truth. He had no fear of facing death itself, which meant this situation was worse than dying. He wanted to run even if he was very exhausted.
feel free to post around me if needed this week -- i'm going to be scarce until after the weekend but i'll be lurking via mobile for sure so i'll be reading
Her ears angled back, and presumably, the healer appeared. Amekaze fully understood the stiffening of her hackles. It was well-placed, too, and she glanced briefly to Nishu to see his reaction. Certainly he could smell Rain on her as just as she did. She was anxious to get her on her way and eager to see a conclusion in this whole tiring saga of missing wolves.

"Can you let her know we have come.. when you get a chance?" she asked, mainly to the healer as she assumed she had more contact with Rain than he did, meaning for it to be now or later when she awoke -- whichever they chose as she could adapt to either. Amekaze could not guess how Rain might be feeling, or if she was even in any mood to hear from them at all at this point for having been misplaced so long (despite their best efforts in trying) and probably working with a good share of herbal remedy in her system. Ame knew she was never in a very personable mood when ailing herself..

Nishu had a point and was prepared to settle to wait too. Rain probably needed her rest but the Plateau wolves were probably ready to see them all get out of here. When Nishu began to move aside to wait it out nearby, she stepped back a pace too, but kept her attention on the alpha and healer a moment longer should they have more to say.
Dante met Blue Willow with an amicable touch to her cheek, glad she was around.  Any ease he gained by being around another of his pack, however, faded when Nishu spoke.  Immediately his hackles rose at the man's seeming assumption - that they could remain here unchallenged while their friend recuperated.  Maybe it wasn't an unusual request, but it hadnt been put forward as a question and that rankled the alpha quite a bit.  He looked sharply at them.

"I brought you here to take her, not to await her resting." He said, keeping his voice even despite irritation.  Blue Willow was the only one he saw welcome to challenge this opinion, for these lands did not belong to the strangers.  It was their friend's fault for stupidly choosing to shelter so close to pack lands.  Now she would pay the price for that with the inconvenience of leaving earlier than might be right.
Sorry for the delay. My kids have literally been sick for two weeks. It started with tummy bugs, turned into more, then it turned into sinus infections and lastly ear infections. The weather needs to figure out what it is doing it's making everybody sick. Warm one day freezing the next.

Blue Willow frowned in thought and she didn't wish to upset Dante, but she wasn't really sure if the girl would wake up. She sniffed gently at the other three, unsure what to do. Dante I don't know if she can be woken. I can try, but sometimes medicinal herbs will not allow them to wake. Let me check.

Blue turned and slid through the cave entrance and back towards the girl. She nudged her gently speaking softly, @Rain
