When the two alphas had left him, Numa stood there for a moment, not sure what to do.
After a while he waddled in to his new packs territory and looked around at all the new sights.

What was he supposed to do now? Does he dare to walk up to anyone just like that? He thought to himself as he kept exploring. He stopped to sniff at some trees from time to time to see if anyone had been there recently. He wasnt familliar with the packs' smell so he didn't exactly know if any of the scents around belonged to them.

"Of course they are if its in their territory"  He mumbled to himself feeling sligly dumb.
The black she-wolf had been nearby upon the acceptance of the similarly colored male. She had watched him screw up a number of times, and had watched him soft of redeem himself in the presence of the Alphess, Harlyn. Having never officially met the female, it was nice knowing that she was a little softer than Mordecai. She assumed a strong and courageous leader nonetheless, but it was reassuring to know that the sharp edge the pack leaders had was backed up by understanding and kindness.

Ilya had remained downwind, so her scent didn't travel to the wolf, one she had heard called Numa. He wasn't much, by the looks of it, but he was larger than her due to her breed and background. She let out a breath of amusement when he spoke, but it was too far to be heard. She assumed he was speaking of the smells, and could relate somewhat. Her first week or two in the Hollow was awful, the scents were too overwhelming. By now, however, she'd adapted the scent and become part of it. She was part of the pack.

The charcoal female slunk up towards the male from behind, standing up straight once close enough and speaking loud enough only to startle him, her intention wasn't to be intimidating or mean.

"Hiya!" She exclaimed in his ear, and then padding in front of him upon seeing his reaction, tail wagging with childish amusement. "I am Ilya," she dipped her head in greeting, but kept her posture tall. She was still smaller than the wolf, but of higher rank and of longer staying in the pack and she felt herself a tad bit more important. Not by much, of course, she held no real position of importance, only of higher rank. She sat in front of Numa and smiled.

"Welcome to the Hollow."
Numa had started becoming tired from today's adventures and mess-ups which resulted in him not really looking around nor listening at what was going on around him. When a voice suddenly came up right in his ear his whole body flew up a few centimeters and his hair stood right up when he landed.
He just looked at the coal black wolf infront of himself.

"Wha...Why was that necessary?"  He asked with a slight 'voice crack' in his tone, still on edge form the sudden apperance of tthe other wolf.
He looked around quickly to make sure no one else would find joy in scaring the living shit out of him.
When he looked back at the female he gave out a slight sigh before collecting his thoughts together.

"Im Numa..." He muttered, still not very happy about the 'scare'.
He sat down as well and let out a slight smile. "Thank you" He said after a while, with a friendly tone.
Ilya chuckled a little, amused with the situation and quite pleased with the outcome. She felt almost a little bad for the timid wolf, so she didn't do anything else too chaotic. She wagged her tail, dipping her head to him when he responded with her name. Truthfully, she had already known it from watching his induction into the pack, but she didn't say anything.

She wouldn't lie, a male so timid was a bit strange to accept into a pack. She had watched his acceptance and felt a bit odd about the situation; but Ilya had begun to feel plenty of faith in him. He already spoke better than he did to the alphas. Maybe he just needed a confidence boost.

"You have a wonderful coat," she said, almost out of nowhere. In response she nosed her shoulder, showing off her own glossy coat. "We actually look very similar," she commented, noting her own thoughts on the situation earlier. "I bet we would make a good team," she winked, wagging her tail. She paused, standing up, "How well do you spar?" the blue-eyed fae asked, lowering herself into a friendly play bow. "Nothing too terrible, I promise," she assured him, "You have the size advantage anyway."
Numa fet some joy in metting this new face. He didn't know her though so he still had to be slightly cautious.
When she talked about his coat, he wagged his tail slightly and let out a warm smile. "Yeah, I grew it myself." he said with a chuckle, trying to be funny.
"We actualy do, yeah. We'd probably make the best team ever." He wagged his tail again but stopped when she mentioned 'spar', as he had to think for a bit.
"I bet I spar better than you!" He exclaimed and went in to the same position and wagged his tail.
Ilya grinned, tail wagging. She was thrilled to see this side of the male, it was a much more likable persona than the one he flashed when meeting the alphas. She only wished they would have stayed to see this. They would probably feel much more comfortable having him in the pack seeing that he warmed up so quickly.

"Atta boy!" she exclaimed, and without another word or movement she leapt at the black male, giving him a tough ram to the shoulder. The move didn't knock him over, she was too small to do that, but she did cause him to stumble back a few steps. She spun around quickly on the other side of him, smirking with a mischievous excitement.

"Gotta be prepared," she taunted, all in good manner. The black fae braced herself for his next attack, watching him carefully.
He grinned widely, he liked interactions like this. He had a feeling he would grow quite found of the smaller female really fast.

"Ill get you back!"  he yelled playfully after she rammed his shoulder. He swiftly moved towards her and tackled her down to the ground with a smile. "Got cha!" he exclaimed before hopping over her and away a bit before turning around looking at her with anticipation for her next moove.
Ilya, having just trotted back to her position across from his, had not anticipated the shy wolves move, and was caught off guard for him to attack so quickly after responding. The black females tail wagged on the ground beneath him, and she growled playfully. When he hopped off, she stood and shook the dust and frost from her fur, eyeing him carefully.

She began to circle him slowly, her bright gaze locked on his own blue eyes. If he leapt at her she would easily be able to move as she was so focused, so she wasn't worried about him attacking her. She suddenly darted beside him, rather than at him. When she had come side by side the male she let her feet push her off diagonally, letting her 180 and smash into his shoulder, perhaps making him topple a bit. She'd been practicing the move against large trees, however with a real life wolf it was easier as she didn't have to worry about breaking her shoulder in the process; real wolves were a bit squishier than tree trucks.
He looked at her as she circled around him. He smiled slightly but went in to a playful fighting position as he followed her with his gaze.
When she finally smashed herself in to his shoulder he took some steps to the side, and being the clumsy wolf he is, he stumbeled on a tree root and fell.
He laid there chuckling silently and then got up.

"Felt like a mere flee bite"

He said with a smirk as he looked at her with a challenging gaze.
The opposer had taken a tumble, and while the small black wolf was quite proud of such a move by now, the larger one felt it was hardly anything. In a fake show of outrage Ilya leapt forward again. She was growling, but the small wolf had laughter glinting in here eyes and her tail was wagging behind her as she moved. This time, however, when she leapt, she landed beside him and kept moving, spinning around behind him and lowering herself into another play-bow, this time inviting him to make the first move.

"Well if you're so great..." she taunted, raising an eyebrow, butt and tail still in the air as she awaited his response.
He smiled warmly and straightened up. The smaller female sure had a lot of energy in store, he on the other hand were exhausted.

"Okay you win this one" He said and shook his whole body to get some dirt and dust out of his fur.
Numa looked around to see if anyone else were around but he saw no one.

"So... where are the others?" He said and wagged his tail slightly.
Ilya let out a huff of breath, her tail wagging proudly, her chest puffing out. She sat, tongue lolling, as the male spoke to her once again.

"The others?" She questioned, head tilting. "You mean the rest of the pack? They are everywhere. You must search for them," the black fae's eyes glinted with mischief, but she meant no harm by it. "You will surely cross paths with them often. Our ranks are growing rather quickly, since I've joined. Our meetings are often and you'll hunt with many other wolves. All you need to do is be active in pack activities and your own duties," she informed him, winking. "You will find them."
