The journey had been very very very very very very very very long. To say the least. He had been wandering around, trying to avoid controversy with other packs somewhat successfully. 'Well done, Miki. Veni Vidi Vici.' He thought to himself before sniffing sorry to catch onto a scent he recognized. The predator could smell something so familiar to him, but he couldn't pinpoint exactly where. He thought carefully as he followed the scent before coming to a conclusion. 'Eureka.' The obsidian wolf broke into a run until he found the wolf he was looking for. Tackling her and landing on her back. "Aster!" He barked loudly as he snuggled his sister.
edit; ending added, major-ish pp.

The borders had been in need of a quick refreshing session, especially along the one nearest to the quill masters' pack. Luckily for her, she'd managed to complete the task fairly quickly and was left to her own devices once more, wandering along the imaginary line in the east and letting her thoughts roll about within her skull. That is, until she was hit by something she could describe only as being completely unsquishy. If she were a bubble, it definitely would have been enough to pop her. Good thing she wasn't though, huh? The form was soft by touch, but it's mass quite solid. She'd turned to face whatever it was that had stationed itself over her back, and was met with none other than her bestest brother in the whole world. Her derpy little twin that she hadn't seen in a while :^((((.

"Miki!" she responded to his greeting even though Error totally frogert an 'r' at the end there, snuggling herself against him the best she could given their positions (cue the laughter from Kuro). "I missed you! Why did you take so long to follow?" I mean, she hadn't actually expected him to follow at all because she was a big girl fully capable of looking out for herself in the big bad world, but it was still hella cool that he was there.

The duo had continued to speak for awhile longer, swapping tales of their travels prior to arriving in Teekon, before the time to part ways had arrived. Though his search for her had been the thing to lead him there, Miki had ultimately decided he wasn't yet ready to settle beneath his sister's rule. Of course, his reasoning was understood and, though saddened by his choice, his wishes respected. Asterr had given her farewells to her brother for the second time in her life, though this time around she knew she would be able to expect his presence again later on.
