near Wispmother's Grotto ? Note: This is Juvenile Kidney Disease EDIT: Greencough (Because I am weak and can't kill wolves)
Hecate had almost everything she needed. Marigold was a important part of the healing, and she had collected some for the pack. Her own wounds had clearly healed, but some still remained, the worst ones, of course. Her calculations were incorrect and the remaining ones were actually serious because, in what she knew, one of her wounds had gotten infected. In her time here, she was away from the other wolves, healing in her own spot, also where she kept the herbs, afraid of her 'sickness' catching onto others.

Her small collection had grown, but it was mostly based on herbs that heal wounds. Lonely was a feeling she had gotten used to here, but that also lead to her unaware of time passing by. Right now, she kept her mind occupied by organising the area so that everything has easily found. She tried to keep her mind away from the thought of what infection she might've gotten, in which she had received memories of dead wolves. 'Apollo's Wrath', her pack has called it, is what she had gotten. Not many survived it, sadly.

She hummed a tune loudly as she pushed the bay leaves into the side, finishing her clean up. Hecate, known by many to be fairly calm, was panicking. She could die! But she was too young! What she was going to do, Hecate didn't know. She suddenly felt the urge to puke, turning her head towards the side and expelling her small breakfast out. Whimpering like a young pup, she turned her head from the vomit and tried re-organizing. The female's whole body shook as she attempted turn her focus away from what was happening.
*rolls*

The male had been hunting close from the Grotto. He knew that wandering in the lands screamed trouble, so he did his best to avoid it. Never going in! he promised to himself. Well that promise would be quickly broken.

Ears perked as he heard unfamiliar whimpering sounding from the death trap. He debated to himself wetter or not to go in. He could be killed in such a fools job, but then again he couldn't stand there and let a packmates suffer. "Your crazy, you know that?, he sighed before bolting to the rescue.

He tried his best not to inhale the fumes, but he had no choice but to breathe once in a while. The more he breathed he more dizzy he became. To his luck, he could see the shaking body.

Mikasi moved forward quickly to he side. He did not speak a word, only roughly guiding her body out of the place. They wee running out of time.
A thing began guiding her away from the place. Her vision blurry, she attempted to walk properly. "Don't... You get infected.. Away," she managed dizzily. She squinted, focusing her sight on the wolf next to her. Didn't he know he could get infected? She held her breath, only taking small gasps. The last thing she wanted was for the kind wolf to catch what she got.

She forced herself to walk alone, her walk shaky but becoming somewhat steady. "I'm fine," she lied. She silently glanced at him worryingly, hoping he was alright. She stumbled, almost going face first, before leaning back onto the wolf. "Thanks anyways," she mumbled.

She could almost hear her mother scolding her; 'Thats no way any Alpha would act, even if they aren't an Alpha anymore!' or 'Do you ever listen to my lessons?' or the good ol' 'Honestly, sometimes I wonder how you even led a whole pack...'

These memories distracted her from the pain as she unconsciously smiled a little. Obviously, that wasn't okay, and she immediately coughed, holding back puke. Gods help me, she thought.
He growled to her words. No, I am not leaving you for dead, he thought, afraid that he would inhale more fumes.

He did his best to keep his  strong as she leaned against his body. Mikasi knew they had to get out fast. He aimed to grab her scruff, attempting to just drag her out. Anything was needed to get out of here.
Hecate was now freaking out. The whole world was shaking, and showing no signs of stopping. This was getting very, very bad. She attempted to twist out of his grip, but no luck. The more she thought, the more she panicked. Burke would defiantly not like her infecting his wolves. He would probably kick her out. Maybe he was dragging her to Burke. She thought about trying to pull away again, but her energy was draining.

She kept herself awake and moving by thinking more about the sickness. She was probably in the second stage, but she felt as if she could be entering the third. In her old pack, the herbs that treated the sickness were sacred since there weren't plenty. And something told her she wasn't top priority to heal here. He was wasting his time, she wasn't worth it. The more she panicked, the more she felt awake, but everything.. wasn't important.. anymore...

 She was.. Just so... Tired..

No, she had to stay awake. Her legs were now numb but she moved as much as she could. Walking was a battle in and of itself. Breathing wasn't any easier. Unfortunately, the bad running reopened several of her wounds. She winced, her tail becoming rigid.
The female fought to his grip, forcing a stronger hold. He felt weaker by the moment and her twisting and turning wasn't helping at. The only thing keeping him up was his determination to live and luckily it was able to pay off.

The travel took time surely, but the two had slowly made their way out. Still, he didn't come out find and dandy. As soon as the deathtrap lands ceased, he let go of her scruff and hurled up anything he had eaten before. His legs gave way and he dropped to the ground, small painful whimper coming from his maw. He was too tired to speak.
The Beta female hesitantly approached the grotto, though her accurate nose told her that she was not alone. What suicidal imbicile went into the swamps alone, and without the knowledge of its dangers. It had to be Hecate, for nobody else would dare do so. Had she not said the grotto was dangerous? It made her angry thinking that someone had disobeyed her command, although she had said it for everyone's best interest. Loping through the muddy mixed snow was no easy trail, and finding also Mikasi did not improve her mood. The man knew well enough the dangers, and she was very surprised he was toying with them. It made a slight frown appeared to her expression, one that could not be easily ignored.

"What are you doing here?" Her voice thundered with a cold sternness.  Her gaze was on their two figures, Hecate of which looked particularly ill. "What is wrong now?" Her voice impatient and annoyed, for the girl had not proved her worth to them but deplete their supplies. Nothing stopped her from kicking her out at that second, for she now had the power to do so. They did not approve of free loaders and the girl had done nothing to prove to them otherwise.
Hecate went between dreaming and being awake too much. She slipped in-between, not ready to face reality. Fur prickling, her mind not liking the situation. She didn't hear Nemesis, nor see her. She was only aware of the wolf who had saved her life, she sleepily mumbled, "Need to find Snake Root. Help wolf."

Like a drunken person, she stumbled away, only fixed on helping him.

I'm sick, I'm sick, and I think I almost killed this poor guy, I'm totally gonna get kicked out!, she thought in a sing-song tune. This situation had clearly affected Hecate's mind, badly. Had she not gotten sick, which would've caused her not to stay away from others, which would've lead her to not being kicked out. But one thing led to another, and her luck sucked.

this is getting quite interesting...
He lifted his head at the sound of Nemesis' voice. His eyes were dull from fatigue and his body shook like a leaf. He was a wreck after going in there and he shunned himself for doing so. Still, he was lucky to have saved both lives.

"She.... was in there," he replied in shaky breaths, "Couldn't just... let... her... die." His voice faded quickly as his head fell to the ground. His world was blurry and shaken.
She cold glare soon turned to one of worry, looking at Hecate with the new information. What had she been doing?! The thought made her furious. But instead, it activated the responsible side that urged her to call for Venus. She turned to to Mikasi, noticing how he too looked about to faint. She would have ordered him to find the soon to be healer, although he looked in no health to travel just yet. "Where is Venus," She demanded of him, urgence in her voice. Blood was seeping from the wounds already inflicted, not helping at all to her condition.

There was nothing she could do to help, or to her knowledge for she was not any healer of any kind. Instead her head threw back and she called a hasty howl for anyone with medical expertise, in particular @Venus. If she did not show, she had no idea what to do. Perhaps Cicero would know something, since she had noticed his presence linger back not a while ago. "Just try to breathe..!" She was losing her nerve.
Venus heard her being summoned, just as she was eating a rabbit. She quickly dropped the rabbit and bolted off to the call. She let out a howl, signaling she was in fact on her way. The girl soon reached the destination, to see Nemesis and Mikasi, along with a wolf she didn't recognize, but that didn't matter now. "Nemesis what is going on?" she demanding, looking up at the ebony female. Her usual niceness wasn't in play right now. She took another look at them. "Where they in the grotto? They smell just like it." She growled. "They need coltsfoot and juniper berries." She said as she began to run, luckily the herb cache was near. She grabbed the herbs and ran back. "Eat, now." she said, pushing them almost up their nose.

Sorry, I'm supposed to be absent! I will always try to respond.
Hecate pushed herself away from the group. She felt as if she wasn't part of this pack, thus not worth being saved. She was going to get killed by Burke, probably. Wasn't worth wasting any supplies on her. She wasn't top priority here, and she would likely never be near top priority.
"Not me," she said, "Him." She tilted her head towards the fallen wolf and then continued her 'journey' for Snake Root.

She could almost imagine getting ripped apart, limb by limb, as she staggered walked away. She felt as if it were happening right now, but it was just her reopened wounds. Bit by bit, she was clearly losing her mind. It was quite a shame, really; for a wolf with so much knowledge to go insane like this. Hopefully her mind would recover.
Slowly the world was starting to fade. He could barley hear words nor calculate who was there. Suddenly someone had said "eat" as something was pushed towards his mouth. Mikasi ate some, but his place was soon slowing. Sound was silent. All he could hear was his own terrified heartbeat. Then suddenly, the world was gone. He had fainted from the fumes.

Last post for me! Feel free to pp however is needed :)
Mikasi had fainted, seemingly harmless for now. He would be fine, she trusted Venus's expertise He was breathing, just sleeping. Hecate however had trampled off some where muttering things about snake root. No doubt the fumes had gotten to her. This was too much trouble for its worth, and she needed to talk to Burke about it. She turned to Venus before glancing back at Mikasi again, he was fine. "Follow her. Please make sure she gets the medical attention she needs," It was a lot to put on at one time but there was really nobody else for a dire situation.

She began to sniff out the strong scent of the female, following the trail silently, farther away. She did not wish to cause alarm or fright but she could not let he wander alone siclk.
