Since the last meeting with someone, Judas decided to hide out in an area of plains nearby on a large boulder. The area seemed nice, and he had decided to lay low in this area. This was a large place to hide out in. And with not many boulders and stuff like that, he could make an easy escape if needed. Be able to run fast.

He laid upon the boulder, watching over the land. This was a place he liked, since his pelt camouflaged in with the rock. Made this the perfect lookout area for anyone coming his way. Of course, he only looked to one side. So someone coming from the other way would make things so much more troubling.
The dark queen found herself leaving the pack area to hunt some critters for her little stack of dead things, leaving Cogitemus in charge as well as Sage. She knew the two were capable of keeping everything in order, so she didn't feel worried crossing the lake and making her way to the flat plains that reminded her of the place she had met an awful soul. She had fought with the damned thing, but neither of them had gotten victory. She gritted her teeth at the mere thought of the dark, disrespectful female who had dared to approach her. She even felt hate towards the thing, wishing that it had died.

She padded North, her eyes and ears ready for any prey that may be lingering around. She smelled all different kind of things, though she missed the smell of the boy hiding on top of a rock, unaware that someone might be watching her. She stood out, her dark coloring giving away she was near easily, though she was certain nothing bad would happen today. Right?
Judas' eyes skimmed over the landscape. He found nothing moving anywhere. Predator nor prey. That made him feel glad about picking this area. A good place to hide out. Until a scent hit his nose. It may have been hidden by all the others, so he was unsure how long whoever owned it had been nearby. He instantly stood up, scanning the plain's grass. Until he spotted them. A dark wolf. They looked to be hunting, and unaware of his presence. His sudden movement could have easily changed that, so he began to back away from the edge and headed for a steep path he had found that led to the ground.
Her eyes were fixated now on a small mouse, a far distance away though so innocent and unaware that it had no idea the queen was there. Her faint smile turned into a smirk as she watched the petite thing, when something moved in the corner of her left eye. It was so sudden, she turned her head to see if whatever was moving was still there, moving a stone in the process. She heard a small peep! from the mouse, and as she returned her gaze to the innocent critter, it was gone. Dang it! She gave a small grunt, her gaze going back to the big bolder she could have sworn she saw something moving. It was too late to see the boy going down the bolder on the other side, but enough to make her raise an eyebrow. Was she going mad?

She decided to walk closer to the bolder, a curious glint in her yellow eyes. Hello? Anyone there? She called out, already giving up on hunting critters. This had her attention now, no way she was going back for a stupid little mouse.
Judas stopped halfway down when he heard the unmistakable voice of someone nearby. He easily guessed who that voice belonged to, and cringed at his stupidness. He should have just stayed low, but no. He had to stand up. It was either run and face the fact that they could outrun him, or do what he always did. Talk his way out. He stayed on the boulder, and called out to answer them.

"Yes, someone is here!" he shouted, trying to keep his cool. He couldn't see them, but they sounded female. For a second, he thought it was the same one he met in the area nearby. After a few seconds thoughts, he found it wasn't. So far, he hadn't met anyone twice in these Wilds. He had his ears perked up, ready to hear the response.
The shouting of one who sounded male now entered her ears, and she perked them a bit to hear where the voice had come from. She couldn't see the one who was shouting, and began thinking he might be behind the bolder. She chuckled, not knowing if the stranger was maybe stuck or something, but already creating a picture in her mind. She trotted around the bolder, sticking her head out to see whoever had yelled back at her.

It was a brownish male, halfway down the big rock that had blocked her view. She smiled at him, a friendly gesture to show she meant no harm. What are you doing? She asked him, her head cocking to the right. She was in a good mood, despite her meal running away.
He realized they began approaching when their scent grew stronger and stronger until the smell was right on top of him, and became the strongest scent of all the ones he sensed. When she came around, he saw her head peek around. A dark furred head with white under the jaw. Her yellow eyes watching him with a friendly light to them. He returned the same look with one of his own.

"Standing around. I was just on my way down, actually" he answered in the most formal way possible. "What brings you out here? Hunting for a light snack?" he asked. If she were hunting, but not for something light, that increased the likelihood of some others being nearby. Not what he had in mind. "Or perhaps just out for a walk."
The stranger returned a friendly gesture, something that was appreciated by the queen. She liked it when others showed friendliness instead of disrespect, like the dark soul she had fought with. He answered her simple yet formal, and the daughter of Lucifer couldn't help but give a small chuckle. What was going on? She never used to be this friendly. Perhaps her pack had changed her, bringing out the best in her. Well, nothing is stopping you from doing so. She commented friendly, still not sure what his intentions were.

He had some questions himself it seemed, and Malice liked answering questions more than anything. I was hunting down some critters. Almost had one too, until I discovered you. She informed him, not mad that her meal had ran away. He was not to blame, it was her fault for not focusing enough. You know the area around here?
Seriously, how nice could these wolves be? To Judas, the only one that had any sense was the one that tried to kill him. They were just too nice. But that did not any him. Not at all. In fact, that made them just more gullible to his devious plans. And he enjoyed all of that. He looked past her. It was true, there was nothing stopping him from leaving. He could in fact use this to his advantage.

He shook his head, his smile shrinking down. "No. I am new to this place" he began. "And you? Are you new to this place?" Perhaps this wolf was part of the pack the other one was apart of. That furthered his plan, now guessing that there was someone caring about them. There were many ways he could do this. One being from the inside, another of luring them out.
The shake of the other's head was enough to answer her question, though the other felt the need to speak. It wasn't surprising he was new here, his scent not ringing a bell. She kept her thoughts to herself however, not wanting to sound rude to the new face.

She shook his head, just like him when she had asked a question. It depends on how you look at it. I know the area, even living here, but we arrived only a few days ago. She informed, suddenly shutting her mouth. Had she said too much?
Judas' suspicions were proven true when she spoke of living nearby. But the main point was the word 'we'. A good thing he had not harmed even a hair on that other girl back in that meadow. Or the wrath of the pack living near would come upon him. He cocked his head a little, feeling he should mention he knows about the pack.

"I met someone nearby earlier. Said they were part of a pack. You wouldn't happen to be a part of that, would you?" he questioned. If she were, that furthered his plan. Knowing this made his plan even more better. And now he knew how. He was going to try and join. What better way to disrupt things than from the inside. Of course, he would have to make it genuine. And would have to do his part for the pack, until he saw the right moment.
The stranger mentioned that he had met someone, perhaps from her pack. Who could it have been? She had said to everyone that if they decided to go beyond their borders, they shouldn't go alone. If it had been one of her own, she would have to sniff out who it had been by questioning everyone. Her words of advice being ignored could not be taken lightly, and if she wanted to be a good leader, one should be punished for not following orders.

There are many packs in Teekon Wilds, mine being one of them, yes. I am Malice, Malice Lanius, the female alpha of Moonlit Hills. She introduced herself grand, proud of her achievements she had worked so hard on. How may I call you? She asked, now curious of his name. Perhaps he had told his name to the wolf he had met before, giving the queen a chance to find the person who had disobeyed her order sooner. She would just have to mention his name at a meeting and, badda bing badda bung, the one that reacts would be the evil doer.
That last part sounded so evil

He dipped his suddenly at her mentioning she was an alpha. He hated to grovel, but to keep his wolf nature, he had to do so. And also, it might increase the chance of getting in. As soon as she asked he answered with his own name. "Judas."

He cast a glance over out to nowhere, trying to play off as if he was thinking of something. Even though he already had thought on it. "Say, do you need someone with a good eye for things? I am also quite good at talking others down." That was entirely true, he was good at talking others down. Either from a fight, or down the side of a cliff. Who wouldn't want a diplomatic sort. "I am also quite light on the feet." Also true. And him living was the proof of that.
Malice is pretty evil, I think they would get along well once her psycho traits are triggered again *Evil laughter* btw, you now made me listen to Judas from Lady Gaga, thank you for this XD

The small dip of his muzzle did not go unnoticed, though Malice was wondering why he did it. They were on neutral grounds, showing submission was unnecessary yet embraced by the queen. Other ones showing submission to her reminded her of home, the place where she had been treated like royalty for almost her whole life.

Judas, he introduced himself as, and it sounded rather religious in a way. She knew of many stories, her father named Lucifer because he was just as evil as the one in the stories about a fallen angel associated with Satan. Even her name had meaning, though less dark than his. Somehow, she wasn't even living up to her name anymore, Harmful Intent. Her surname, she remembered, meant executioner, and she had only killed 1 other being. That wolf being her own mother. She was a disgrace to her names, she noticed now.

As the dark memories of her past and the stories about an evil greater than any other lingered around in her mind, the other was talking himself up. They could use someone with good eyesight, a hard minded and fast individual, though she had to discuss with her lover if he would be accepted. Yes, we could use someone like that... She said, a frown on her face as she was still thinking about her dark past. Why? Are you interested in coming along?... She asked, her gaze wandering off to somewhere in the sky.

The part with the cliff made me chuckle, lol XD

She had a frown upon her face, one he thought was out of perhaps confusion for why he would ask. Which was far from the true reason. He nodded to her question in response. "I have been looking for some others to stick with" he said, no matter how bad those words tasted in his mouth. He hated wolves with a passion, though sometimes he had to get close to get rid of them. Keep your friends close, and your enemies closer.

"So, is that a yes?" he asked curiously. That small part came up again. The wolf in him, feeling comfort. But, just like always, the coyote inside beat it back with the combined strength of his hate. None of his feelings showed on the outside. And when he killed someone, he let it all out.
Still in a dreamy state, wondering if killing someone would be a sin or living up to her true name, she listened to the boy. Her ears perked up as he showed interest, though her normal smile when this happened didn't come. Would it be bad ending a life? She licked her lips, finally returning her gaze back to Judas to answer his question.

I would have to discuss it with my lover... You know where Phantom Hollow is located...? She asked, still a vague look in her eyes. Being away from Cog made her feel fuzzy, craving blood. She licked her lips once again, remembering the taste of her mother's blood. It was terrible, beautifully terrible. If she had known that the one she was talking to right now was planning to betray her, she would've ripped his air pipe to pieces, drowning him in his own blood before trying to bite out his heart. But she didn't. She only craved to do it, right then and there with no sorry.

Judas answered without any motion of his head this time. "I do not know. Though, I can assume it's in that direction. Somewhere." He cocked his head in a questionable manner, as if asking that he were right. After whatever her answer was, he took a step past her. "I will try to find you. Or you can seek me out. I'll be here, waiting." With that, he went past her with a slow trot. Once out of sight, he ran. Just in case.
Last post from me too, ready to archive this one! I stayed up till 3 am to finish this thread lol. I believe I'm crazy.

Judas pointed toward Phantom Hollow, so the queen nodded, unable to speak words anymore. She just simply nodded. She watched the other pass her, giving a sort-of goodbye before running off. Malice got up herself, eyeing him till he was out of sight. She yawned, tired of the long day. Perhaps it was time to return to her den to get some rest and wrestle with Cog.
