@Aduin, edges of Meadowlark Prairie, close to RHC.

Sebastian trotted over the fields. He had a feeling what he wanted to do now. He wanted to grow and start his own family. He was not sure with which female he would start a family, but that would probably come later. After realizing that the Dark Brotherhood was nothing for him, and not having the ability to be the Beta for Redhawk there was only one option left for him. Start his own pack. The craving for a more important role in a pack was surging through the male. Even though he didn't want to steal Aduin away from RHC he did want to at least consider the male.

Sebastian howled for his little brother, being quite away from the border but hopefully Aduin would catch his howl. He didn't want to disturb the Caldera wolves again. He kept knocking on their door. He would approach them later when he had more wolves to follow him. The young male sat down, waiting for Aduin, occasionally letting out another howl in case he was closer. He was ready to wait.
Being vague because thread with Peregrine hasn't finished yet

Aduin heard the howl. This had to be the time. He ran out, howling along to it as he did, his tail trying to wag in the rushing wind. His ears held back against the air. His tongue lolled out like he had just seen some of the juiciest meat ever. Sebastian had returned, and Aduin hoped they would stick together this time.

He came to a stop to find Sebastian waiting for him near some fields. He was a fair distance away from the pack. "Seb! Am I glad to see you!" He nudged him in a friendly way, then sat back, his tail thumping against the ground. He hadn't been this much excited since finding his sisters.

I'll do my next post after that thread is more complete
Alright!! Aduin is so cute!

Sebastian didn't have to wait too long. Aduin came running at him which made even Sebastian excited. He greeted Aduin back nudging him and even giving him a lick. His tail swaying excitedly. It was quite the hange with a few months ago when Aduin was too scared to even look at him. Sebastian even let out an excited woof before talking. "Likewise little brother!," he spoke and then sat down.

Now he would have to explain to him what his plan was. "Aduin. I am not joining Redhawk. Hold on before saying anything. I want to start my own pack and I would be honored to have you in my pack. I am not sure yet where I am going to settle but... It will be something good. A nice place. But you can say no, I mean I wouldn't want to steal you from Redhawk and if you feel at home I wouldn't want you to leave. I will be traveling to the coast to ask Pearl if she will join me. So you can stay at Redhawk for a bit longer and decide. How does that sound?"
How do you take your character out of a pack's ranks?

Aduin smiled and gave a lick of his own. As a sign of the bond they had. His tail swayed in tune, perhaps more so. He was so pleased to hear Sebastian, and not to see him dead. That must have meant things went well. Or he had to run, like Aduin did. The pressure of his task had gotten to him, and he had decided to seek out either one of his sisters or Seb himself. It seemed the latter came to him.

At the mention of the pack he had just run from, he moved his face away a bit with a shameful look. "Yeah, about that...I ran away." He sighed before explaining himself. "I tried demonstrating my hunting skills. Seb, I failed really bad. And the task given to redeem myself, it was just too much for me. So many things were on my mind. I..." He stopped himself there, closing his eyes and letting his head droop. "I failed." All that was surely enough to answer Sebastian's proposition. He would surely have to work on hunting alone.

The dice rolls were not with this one
I see you already figured that out.

Sebastian looked at the other in disbelief. He ran away?! Sebastian instantly worried about his reputation and the fact that Aduin had not been the recruit he promised. He let out a soft sigh but then again he couldn't blame Aduin. "It is okay. I am lucky I ran into you then! What would you have done if I wasn't back yet?," he wondered. Sebastian nudged him. He was doing so well, maybe his presence did had an effect on him. Who knows. "Okay, well I am going to Pearl and ask if she wants to join. I guess you will be coming with me then?," he asked.

"You didn't fail Aduin. You just get nervous and you do something that is out of your control. But I am here now and i am sure that you will be okay. We will have our own pack, our own family, and you will be the greatest uncle of my future pups and you will be great at it," he spoke to encourage him.
Aduin's ears flattened against his head, his head drooping a bit. He did believe Sebastian's words, yet he still felt bad. he thought he'd taken care of his nervous nature. Alas, he had not. It would remain for a long time. But he was still going to work on it, and he always felt at his best with his 'big brother' figure around. And how Seb spoke about it not being his fault, his mood lightened up, his face now beaming a little.

After hearing him mention that name, his ears perked up and his head cocked to the side questionably. He didn't know who that was. Would he trust them? And the name most certainly must belong to a female. Had he gotten over Haven? "Who's Pearl? And will we ask my sisters, or..." he trailed off, guessing an answer. He didn't know where they were. So how could he ask? Maybe Seb knew, maybe not.
Sebastian looked at Aduin when he asked who Pearl was. "She is a friend of me and Haven. We met het separately and when Haven and I were a couple we realized we had a mutual friend. She is nice," he explained to him as he started to walk into the direction of the sea. The young male then let out a soft sigh when Aduin asked about this sisters. "I haven't seen Maja, she might be dead by now Aduin," he told him not wanting to drawl around the facts. "Plus Haven said she would be around and did you see her? She probably found a pack somewhere else. You can do without them. You have me now," he spoke as he walked.

Sebastian didn't want to be mean to him and here were no ill intended words but Aduin needed to stand on his own legs in Sebastian's opinion instead of thinking about his sisters and finding them. "They can find us instead us looking for them again, they could be everywhere," he explained.
Aduin felt saddened. Yet he was right. Sometimes one just had to let go. A hard thing for the younger wolf to do, especially when it came to something so close to the heart. He had a little hope when he mentioned this Pearl being a mutual friend. Perhaps Haven had gone to see her at some time. He mentally kicked himself for thinking about her sisters again. He needed to stop thinking about them, and stick to other things...But he couldn't. No matter how hard he tried, he just couldn't.

He kept up with Seb, remaining silent for the time being. The larger wolf was absolutely right. They had already spent a while looking for them. If they wanted to stick together, his sisters would have to find him. Aduin swore on that. It made him feel proud. And sad. But he tried his hardest to keep a brave face on, standing tall. "You're right."
Aduin was quiet instead of his chatty self. Sebatian couldn't blame him. The young male had quite a lot to deal with lately. It only made him more certain that he want going to leave him again. "Not always right. But I think this time I might be Aduin," he spoke, half in thought.

Sebastian then tried to be his cheery self mostly for Aduin. "Cheer up! I bet we are going to find the most awesome place to live and we will never leave it again!," he grinned trying to get Aduin enthusiastic too. He hoped Pearl would follow them. Otherwise it would be them two again. They would need a few other wolves to follow and accept him as their alpha for their pack to exist.
Aduin managed a small smile at Seb's enthusiastic, cheery self. Aduin agreed that he wasn't always right. Who was always right? No one was ever always right. They were going to find a good place to stay. A place with plenty to reward them with, and a place to make new friends. Build up a new family. His tail swayed happily at the thought of making a new family. Having new brothers and sisters, just not by blood, but by bond. "I'd like that" he murmured. He would try his best to improve and to help Seb get as many into the pack as possible.

Sebastian was pleased that Aduin cheered up when he intended him to be cheered up. It was something that he was getting pretty good at. Though he should be honest with Aduin, there were some small worries but instead of wanting to freak him out Sebastian kept them for himself. He was certain that those little hiccups would smooth out soon enough. "Glad to have you on my team."
