 I would like to ask, how do I get the thing under the name. Like the quote/thing.

No need to apologize, you were specific enough~!

To add a line of text beneath your avatar, you'll want to hover over "Account" and then click "Edit profile". Once there, you'll see a little text box right at the top on the right side of the panel, which should say "Custom User Title" above it. Type in there whatever text you'd like to appear beneath your avatar, scroll down and click save, and then you'll be good to go!
