Snacha wasn't one to normally feel jealous, but there was something about being passed over during the meeting that caused her to feel that strange emotion. But as strange as it felt, Snacha knew it meant she wasn't working hard enough. She'd have to double her efforts and prove to the heda that she was not falling behind, she wasn't going to let others take her place as second. So that morning she woke early and began a patrol of the borders, marking anything that smelled weak, and generally making sure there were no trespassers.

Whatever happened in the pack, Snacha wanted to be part of it. Lately she had let her youthful thoughts get the better of her, doubt clouding her mind and her judgment. Her mother had not raised a weakling, and if she needed to bleed to prove that she belonged in Drageda, then so be it. Snacha would bleed for it.

Brain - Banks
Lorne was lying by a tree trunk when the racoon faced female passed. She dropped the bone she was gnawing on, before rising to her feet. Her amber pelt stirred in the wind as she padded after the female who she vaguely recognized from around the pack. Snacha she believed her name was.

She soon caught up and trotted along beside the she wolf. She chuffed lowly in greeting. "You off to patrol the border?"
