going to assume someone joins her!

It was time to rise and shine! Kinra had another enjoyable night and felt completely refreshed. She got up and silently stepped away from the group. Today was the morning run. Exercising to stay fit basically came from all the Knight training she had. It was always encourage for everyone to have their own workout plans. Although Kinra was more of the free type that like to do as she pleases, she managed to find ways to do exercises while challenging herself.

Standing at the edge of the Cove as the starting line she began her stretches. First the front legs then back ones, She rolled her shoulders and then got into position. Before she started, someone seemed like they wanted to tag along this time. To turn this into a real challenge she decided to this into a race. "First to jump into the Lake and come back here wins." She said with a grin while waiting for others to be ready.
Ambrosia was sitting under the same mossy tree that she was at the meeting. She groomed her long tan and black fur carefully, taking up time. Naturally, shed woken up early on the very day she needed to waste time. She was terrified to leave camp while in heat, worried of a repeat of her first encounter with the hormones. However, as she watched Kinra ready herself to leave, Ambrosia felt her paws ache to go with her. Though she wasn't happy that her daughter seemed to idolize this strange silver female, she knew there was no sense in avoiding her. After all, Kinra deserved a chance just like everyone else. So, despite the scents reeking from her, Ambrosia stepped up to the imaginary line even if she stayed a few feet from Kinra. She stayed quiet, but flicked her feathery tail and smiled to let the silver female she was in. Though built as a warrior, Ambrosia knew she could move; but had no intention on even getting competitive. Right now, she was planning on being more worried of her surroundings, not a race.
Pearl's ears shifted up when she heard Kinra move away, then her body when she heard a challenge. No matter the results of the incident, she moved over to the line in a trot, eager to race. She had retained her speed from the plains, so this would be an interesting race for them all. "I'm in," she said with a grin. Her competitive side shone through, finally, and her excitement was betrayed by her wagging tail.
Kinra was happy to see others join her, this was going to be much more exciting now. She lowered herself once she was prepared to sprint. She looked at the other two to see if they were ready and then looked up and notice a feather falling at just the perfect time. "Once that feather touches the ground we go." She with a smile. She was excited for sure and her tail was showing it by wagging wildly. Although she did realize that she hasn't properly met the other two.

So while the feather was falling she introduced herself quickly. "I'm lady Kinra, a Knight. Let's see if you two can keep up with me." After a few more moments the feather finally touched the ground and Kinra immediately took off. "Go!" But with the wet mossy ground she half slipped and didn't exactly begin as quick as she wanted. It didn't take too long for her to reach a full sprint. The path to the lake was nearly clear. There were logs and hills but nothing big blocking the way.
Ambrosia nodded a good morning to Pearl, a wide yawn cutting her off from speaking. By the time she shut her jaws, Kinra was speaking and she had to listen. Her lemon eyes locked onto the feather for three.... two.... one. Gone! Ambrosia dug her hind paws into the ground, shoving herself forward and starting the race with a leap forward. She tried to keep her tail tucked, but it seemed intent on billowing out free behind her. Giving up on her tail, she put her mind to watching for trouble; soon the prospect of not one but two wolves beating her in this race poked at her pride, and before she knew it she'd thrown caution to the wind. The tan and black she-wolf galloped on hard, but Ambrosia was no small wolf. Her warrior's build was her obvious demise, unable to keep pulling ahead of the others. She was used to running, but only to catch prey. By now, the chase for such things would have been over; and a warrior had no reason to be running for so long. Ambrosia had been trained to fight, not move. Pride wounded, Ambrosia only just kept behind them as they reached the lake. Panting hard, Ambrosia lied down on the banks and took a long, icy drink of water. It felt like a kick in the stomach thanks to her hot body, but also amazing at the same time for the same reason.
Pearl's excitement was matched in her tail, watching the feather intently and half-listening to Kinra. She realized she hadn't given her name to these wolves at the same time, so a few moments before the feather touched down she yelled, "Pearl! I'll see about that!" Wriggling her backside in anticipation, the feather finally hit and the condensed flurry sprung into a full sprint, grinning widely. She loved racing, but the only one who would race with her in Donnelaith was Casmir.

The lake was coming closer, easy to reach for the experienced runner. She didn't even try to slow down, but instead leaped from the bank into the ice water, a huge shock greeting her. She came above the water gasping, eyes alight, laughing. "OHMYGOSH IT'S COLD" she shouted, paddling the short distance back to the shore.
With Kinra's poor start the others got ahead, but not for long. She was sprinting as fast as she could, of course with all the training she had done her supply of stamina was quite high. Kinra was fit for running so it was no surprise for her to be able to pass Ambrosia. Although what did spark a strong competitive spirit was Pearl's ability to still be barely ahead. It was now obvious that the white female was used to running but Kinra wasn't about to let herself lose here. She was about to line up to Pearl but before that it was time to jump into the lake!

The water was definitely cold like Pearl said. "Yes. cold. now you need to run!" She said with a grin. Quickly she padded to the shore to climb out of the lake. She noticed the other female didn't jump in but instead drank a bit of water. It would have been better to jump in but that didn't matter. Once she stepped out she shook her fur before taking off back to the Cove. "Half way there!" She said with lots of energy. Kinra was sure enjoying herself but she was very determined to win.

Rolled 1-10, got 5 for Kinra :P highest wins the race!
(Shoot, I didnt remember they needed to go back xD Darn!)

Ambrosia took her time in getting to her paws and heading after Pearl and Kinra, running after them though no competitive drive pushed her this time. Her energy had been spent in the burst getting her here, and she hadn't even won that: she had no hopes of overcoming these two. If she'd have payed closer attention, she scolded herself, she'd have remembered they had to go back and could have saved her energy. The only real reason she ran now was to keep them close in case something bad happened, knowing they'd be close enough to see and help her. If some male tried taking advantage of her, they'd be close enough to help before it got to far.... Then again, Rox had been not feet from her when Midnight attacked....
When Ambrosia found herself slowing, stuck in her thoughts, she pushed her already tired body faster to close some of the distance; she could see The Cove drawing closer, and her worries calmed. She wasn't far behind the two light-colored females but far enough that they reached home before she did, the last female trotting in afterwards and panting heavily. Unknowing on what to say, she decided to keep her mouth shut and let the other two start a conversation.
 10 lol

Pearl reached the shore when Kinra did, receiving another dousing from her fur. Quickly shaking out her own, she swiftly launched off once more, legs pumping, becoming a pale blur. Grinning and laughing with the swelling of pure excitement and happiness, she barely passed Kinra at the finish line to take the gold. Energy still abounding and eyes alight, she attempted to slow down and skidded a full 180, eventually hitting a tree root and toppling over like the graceful creature she was. She sprung up, turning to Kinra in a play bow.

"Close game, wanna go again?" she said, tail wildly going of its own accord and grinning, despite still dripping from the lake and dirt streaking her coat from falling. She looked a mess, but hey, it was fun for the heck of it.
Hacks! :P

It was the final stretch. Kinra was surprised to see Pearl able to keep up. That must have meant the female had training somewhere. In any case this was proven to be a challenge, something she really enjoyed. It was a real struggle to stay ahead of Pearl. Both were going incredibly fast. Together almost side by side where reaching the Cove but Pearl had managed to get slightly ahead. Kinra wasn't the first to cross the line but it was very close. Maybe if she hadn't had a bad start she would have won. Once she passed the line she tried to stop directly but instead she ended up tumbling onto her back and continue to slide a little further.

Kinra immediately got back up and noticed Pearl was still full of energy. The Knight was warmed up but not out of breath. She saw how dirty the other female was and then she quickly glanced at herself. She was very dirty too. She didn't mind being dirty when exercising but once it ends she was going to need to go back to work and she would really prefer being clean. It might leave a bad impression to Sebastian and the others to see her as a messy Knight.

She looked at Pearl with a grin. "You're a mess, you should go take a bath in that cold lake." She teased. Without any warning she took off again towards the lake. "But I'll be the first to do so this time!" She noticed the orangeish female arrive completely out of breath. "Come on you too." Afterwards Kinra was already had a full sprint towards the lake.
(Sorry for the short post, didnt want to assume anything xD)

Ambrosia was mere yards from them, even hearing the two's short conversation before Kinra was again running towards her. As she passed and called for the long furred female, Ambrosia couldnt help but laugh and turn, racing off after her with energy she didnt know she had. The tan and black she wolf tried to keep up, and launched herself into the lake as soon as she got there. Having lost sight of the others after breaking the surface, Ambrosia swam further out before rising back to the surface to gasp for air. Shaking water from her face, her lemon eyes searched for the silvery pelts of Pearl and Kinra.
"Oh, you're no better," Pearl teased back, grinning at the knight that she barely beat. The gray woman proceeded to take off again, shouting a challenge back over her shoulder. Pearl instantly took after her, paws flying over the ground, passing Ambrosia with a broad smile before springing off back into the frigid water.

Coming up, gasping for air, she looked for the others with her bright eyes. She quite liked spending time with these two, being competitive and all that.
Kinra managed to get to the lake first this time but that really because she gave herself a head start. It was still close for some reason. How much training did Pearl have to be equally fast? It didn't really matter, The Knight actually liked to have someone to compete with. Once again she had jumped into the cold water and then quickly got back out and shook everything off. It was going to take a while to dry up completely.

She sat down and looked at Pearl and Ambrosia before suggesting that it was time to clean up. "Before starting the day we need to all get cleaned up. You girls up for taking turns grooming each other?"
Ambrosia watched as they headed for shore, enjoying the weightless feeling of the water too much to retreat from it just yet. She'd finally stepped from the liquid as Kinra suggested cleaning one another, and the tan she wolf stopped mid step. She didn't want to be rude, but she wasn't comfortable enough with either Pearl or Kinra to let them groom her. So she sat three or four feet from them and began to groom herself. Her lemon eyes raked their surroundings warily, as if expecting danger at any time.
"What is planned in the day?"
She decided changing the subject was easier than making herself feel rude for rejecting help and bonding. By the way the knight spoke, she seemed like she had things planned. Was Ambrosia expected to join? She wasn't sure if she was ready for such extended periods of time around others, finding it much harder than her daughter to adjust to pack life. She figured it was easier for Brandy because she'd never known her birth pack, or had any friends. Now that she was faced with a lot of new wolves, she seemed to take to social life easy. Her mother, on the other hand, was finding it hard to socialize with anyone else. She always had, even living as loners; she didn't trust very easily anymore, not to mention couldn't seem to talk to anyone else. She'd been perfectly fine in her birth pack, but these wolves weren't her family, she didn't spend her entire first year of life with them.
Pearl swam around for a bit, twisting about to rid herself of most of the debris from her earlier skirmish with the ground. Kinra suggested getting cleaned up, but it sounded as if there was more to do today. Not that Pearl was against it, but having a schedule in general she found almost restraining. She made a slight face, nodded along with Ambrosia's question, and gathered water in her mouth to spit out.

Climbing out of the lake dripping wet, Pearl shook off, making her coat fluff out as normal. She watched Ambrosia sit a distance apart from them, a small one at that, but it felt farther. She wanted to make her feel included, but the woman didn't seem to be adjusting to the pack life very well. With a small look of sympathy at the orange girl, she turned back and started to groom Kinra.
The Knight watched as the other two got out and took their place. Ambrosia seemed to keep her distance though. If she wanted to groom herself then that was fine, Kinra wasn't going to force it. Kinra's attention went onto Pearl as she began the grooming on her. Before trying to groom was necessary on Pearl's side she started to answer the question of what was planned for today. "My plan is to patrol the outskirts of the territory in search for traces of predators and eventually tracking them down." That was the main objective for today. "If there is still time I'll also be out there searching for useful herbs." Once she finished added that she began grooming Pearl's furs, She deserved to look all clean too.
Ambrosia let out a low chuff to show she heard, cleaning herself thoroughly of lake water and any grime she'd picked up since her last grooming. She felt slightly bad for staying away, feeling the lack of friendship between them. She shrugged it off, pushing it off to fix for later. She didnt mind having a schedule, it gave order to things. But if Kinra thought she would follow her like she was in charge, she had another thing coming. She kept her mouth shut, of course, unsure of the silvery wolfs intentions. She was more than happy to help, but she would obey none other than Sebastian. She knew nothing of herbs, but was a warrior. Patrolling borders was something she'd done in her old home.... Perhaps that was some ground she could relate to Kinra? They were both protectors of sorts.
last round?

Pearl matched Ambrosia's chuff of acknowledgement, briefly wondering what predators they would find around here. If she was honest with herself, she was alright with patrolling, but it didn't sound particularly appealing today. But being the wolf she was, of course she'd help out and contribute. "I don't know how much use I'll be with herbs, I only know a few basics," she said, trying to remember Aria's abandoned herb catche in their den. Once she was done speaking, she turned and began grooming Kinra in turn.
Yup, last one!

"If either of you tag along I could explain a bit about the useful or dangerous plants we find. I've already discovered a few so if anyone is in trouble I can do basic treating." She replied. The grooming continued for a while up until Kinra decided it was time to start working but before doing anything she commented on Pearl once she was more or less finished grooming. "There. A clean wolf ready to attract eyes." She said with a small laugh before rising up.

She started heading out to begin her scheduled task. "It's time to start working, I'll see you girls later unless you want to come along with me."
