Everyone is free to participate, there's no must :) Of course it would be the most fun with everyone here. Everfold is a part of the Phantom Hollow that has been scorched a bit by the fire of The Heartwood. It's not really burned down to the ground, just scorched so with gray on the trees, plants having died and such. I will be using pictures off Google for visual reference. This is backdated to somewhere before @Judas went savage :). @Silver @Sage @Mitanni @Issun

The queen spent most of her tome on patrolling the borders, not spending much time on discovering what is in the territory. This day was different though. Today was the day she awoke, craving adventure and discovery. She crawled out of her lonely, dark den and stretched as soon as she was freed from the grasp of her sleep place. She looked at the sky, admiring the lilac-pink sky of the morning that could even be spotted through the treetops. The smell of Phantom Hollow mixed with her pack and morning filled her nostrils and she sighed. She couldn't see much, mist always having the control in the early hours. She was getting used to it, as well as to the eerie silence everywhere. She was beginning to appreciate it even.

Malice yawned as she trotted in a random direction, not even trying to get to the border nor the stream. She was just going to wherever her paws were taking her. And it proved to be a good idea. After trotting for around 10 minutes or so, a different kind of woods were revealed. Malice wondered if she had stepped foot in The Heartwood, but couldn't remember crossing a border. She walked into the gray part of The Phantom Hollow, looking around curiously. Fire had left marks on the trees, green was nowhere to be spotted. It was weird, creepy, even for her.

After walking for a few minutes, she spotted just the tiniest dots of green. She brought her muzzle closer to the ground, inspecting the beginning of life for a little plant. It was spring after all, and that meant a new generation was being born, even for plants.

She had to alert her members of this, so she raised her muzzle into the air, calling for everyone that was still left in the quiet woods. She had already made up a name for the place; Everfold, and she wanted to share her discovery.
I'm so sorry I was late to reply!!!

With the howl of her queen calling her, Silver was quick on her paws to see what was going on. What would she call the entire pack for anyways? It must be something of importance to say the least. With her icy eyes set ahead, Silver's dash was quick. It was not long that she had arrived, seeing that no one else was around except for her and Malice.

"Alpha Malice" she greeted, bowing her head before walking to her left side at her shoulder. With her posture low, she looked round the barren land. Fire-chalked wood, but little speckles of green grew in. It was even creepier than home, but it would maybe have some use?

"What is this place you have called us to?" She asked, curiosity braided into her voice.
Uncharacteristically, Mitanni had slept in. With her den buddy missing, nights within the Phantom Hollow were starting to take on their scary and spooky qualities again, and the night before had been a particularly rough one. She'd fallen asleep much later than she'd intended, and she was paying the price for it this morning.

But there was no ignoring a howl from the alpha. She scrunched her face up in disappointment, and groggily got to her paws, exiting her den with a quick shake and a yawn and traveled where Malice had howled from. As she went she started to become more awake, but by the time she reached the destination that her leader was at she had to question whether she might have still been a little out of it.

This looks like the Heartwood, she thought to herself, freezing in place as she realized it and looked around with confusion. Did we cross a border? No, it was a part of their woods, just as burned and blackened as she remembered their neighboring territory to be. With the same spooky feeling creeping over her that she'd experienced in the Heartwood, Mitanni crept closer to Malice and Silver, eyeing their surroundings as she took up a spot beside them.
