got permission to forward-date this to APRIL 17TH - set in the den. looking for a puppy party - maybe @Luke @Shreya @Spring @Esaro or anyone else allowed?

with a dull grunt indra clambered over her littermates, her thick and unsteady limbs carrying her with purpose towards the exit. her eyes, freshly opened and the sightless color of opaque blue, had not fully developed -- but even at such an early age indra was fully cognizant of the idea of wanting something taboo. with new determination she marched -- and just as quickly, an invisible force (saena? luke? shreya? who knew?) firmly plopped her back where she started.

furious but not yet defeated, indra pouted. with a weedy suck of breath she started issuing a tumultuous wail; the tantrum carried with it surprising gusto for a thing so little.
On the fourteenth day of life for the pups, Spring had finally decided that it would probably be all right to visit.  The brown furred female padded up to the mouth of the den, then stood there wanting to ask permission first, instead of just barging in. She female let out a low yip, to announce her presence... unless it had been noticed already.  Then continued on to ask if she would be allowed to enter, in the form of language.  “Can I come in?”  She asked quietly and carefully to anyone that was currently with the pups.  As if a louder, stronger tone might upset the pups.  Of course though they couldn’t really hear at this time.  Spring payed no attention to that fact of nature.  These pups were precious and had to be treated with carefulness, care, love and protection.

Spring continued to stand still waiting for a response.  She hoped that she would be allowed to enter.  She had always dreamed of meeting these sweet, dear and beyond precious pups, since Saena’s announcement.  A part of her wondered if Saena had decided settled on Indra and Milo.  Yet, what if there was another pup?  What would that pup be named?  The sound of a whines and other noises filled her ears and just that one noise warmed her heart.
Esaro just happend to be wondering by when he saw Spring heading towards Saena's den. He wanted to go stop her thinking that they still weren't allowed to come close, except he didn't keep track of the days that passed. Opposing Spring without any facts to use was suicide, he would be wrong again and that would be the end of it. Still Spring likely knew better than Esaro so if she was there then maybe he could join in too. He approached slowly before speaking in a low tone. "Hey Spring, it's been two weeks right? We can come close now?" He asked. Getting in trouble was definitely something he didn't want, as long as Spring was there it felt like that chance was actually low. He was able to stay at ease instead getting nervous like usual.

He moved up to Spring's side and tried to look into the den, He didn't managed to see anything but he heard lots of little noises. He backed up a little. "Is it the puppies that make those noises?" He asked curiously. All his life he had never seen a puppy so he wanted to know what they looked like. With Shreya's lessons in mind this was a good chance to see the actual results of the act. He started to feel a little afraid what puppies really did so he half hid behind Spring and half stood at her side.
With a start of indignance Laurel was tumbled upside down and awake. A haughty wail erupted from her lungs as she righted herself so that she was with four paws on the floor once more. Laurel blinked her baby blue eyes and got to her feet, then shook the debris from her fur. She blinked and noticed Indra getting picked up lest she escape the den, and the culprit to her disturbed slumber was instantly found. And so with another haughty squeak, Laurel ignored her sister's wail and started clumsily waddling over to her sister to try and bite her tail.
YAY THANK FOR joining

her wails were not met with the smothering adoration of her mother -- this caused a little spark of indignity to rise in her chest. even with her eyesight so poor she could see saena was unaffected by the din -- and she felt snubbed by the inaction. she was too busy pouting to notice the two shadows of esaro and shreya that convened near the entrance. she was about to issue another assault of shrieking wails when a sharp pain rain up her backside -- with a yelp she sprung clumsily forward and tripped over herself while attempting to turn about to face her aggressor. feeling doubly defeated she remained face first in the dirt, her face simmering with resentment.
Permission from Chelsie to PP

“Yep those noises are the pups I believe and I believe that it is around the time that we should be allowed in.”  Spring responded calmly to Esaro.  Then she waited for a little bit longer until she finally heard Saena’s voice perk up.  "Of course you can come in.”  Spring responded with a quick yet heartfelt thanks, before padding in.  When she first laid eyes on the pups she felt her heart warm. They were all so perfect... so cute!  She sat down inside of the den and watched the pups with a warm smile as they played with each other.

Her eyes swept over to the black furred male.  He looked like Reek... or a much smaller version of his Father.  She felt kinda bad for that little male.  She hoped no one resented him for his looks.  Spring knew that she never would, because these pups were precious.  Both inside and out, no matter what anyone ever said.
Puppies made those noises? If that was the case he wondered if there was something wrong with it. Plenty of questions came to mind. He wanted to know what those noises meant. Did they need something? Were they upset? He wanted to know everything but he was also afraid of them. He followed Spring inside but stayed at the entrance. From there he could see the puppies. They were surprisingly small however his fear switched to being afraid of doing something wrong by accident. He decided to keep his distance, hoping that watching is all he had to do. Standing guard should be fine if that was all it took.

The noise they made continue to concern him. He worried about them since they looked fragile. He spoke to Spring with a loud whisper. "Are the puppies all okay? There is nothing wrong with them right?" He asked. He kept his eyes on the puppies since they seemed to be always moving. He hoped they wouldn't wiggle their way to him. He wouldn't know what to do at all.
Success! Laurel yipped and leaped at her sister when she noticed that Indra had tripped. She launched her assault by pouncing on Indra when she was down on the floor. Laurel clambered over Indra after pouncing on her sister, and when she tumbled off on the other side and looked up there were suddenly two additional wolves there. Laurel flopped down on the ground, looked up at them and let out a high-pitched shriek to draw their attention.
final post for me!

indra scowled after laurel, and her grudge would have been long-standing were it not for the two wolves her sister had noticed. with an ungainly pull of one front limb out from under her indra propped into a sprawled sitting position, her ears flopping as she peered curiously at the two visitors. with an unsure look at laurel indra scurried towards her mother, suddenly feeling as if all the temerity had been pressed from her frame.
Spring let out a small teasing chuckle as Esaro asked if the puppies were alright.  "Of course they are okay Esaro, they're just playing."  She wondered what it would be like to have a family.  Would she ever be able to have a family?  Maybe, maybe not.  Still the idea intrudged her.  What would it be like to have a loveing mate along with cute... or devilish little puppies to spend her day with.  She smiled distractedly at the thought.  Spring hoped that one day she could be a Mother and a loving mate.

Spring watched as Laurel and Indra play fought, she felt a little sad when Indra ran from her and Esaro, but she was sure that she and the pup would have other chances to get to know eachother.  Meanwhile, she decided to go check out Laurel, at the summon of the pups shriek.  "Hello there."  Spring whispered warmly in a soft and sweet voice.  Spring layed down in and bunch up her frame in attempts try and make herself smaller... more puppysized.
Indignantly Laurel looked at Indra as she scurried away, then was distracted by an upcoming sneeze. After the ha-choo popped out, Laurel wriggled her nose and she smacked her lips as she looked around. The little princess then started to look for other things to do around the den, wriggling around until she eventually grew tired and plopped asleep somewhere random.
