Liri padded through the forest, her nose low as she sniffed about for prey. It wasn't the scent of prey but an unknown female that caught her attention. The stranger had the slight tang of Rosings to her scent although she still smelled mostly like the outside wilds. It marked her as a member but a new one.

She ignored the scent for now, going about her business after smelling the recent trail of a groundhog. Liri was deterred from her task once more as something shiny caught her eye. She moved near it, sniffing at its metallic tang. She knew not of what it was, this cold hard chunk of silver metal. It was likely something she would have put in her collection at home. Scooping it up in her mouth, Liri continued on.

Before long, she had come across the female's scent once more. She had lost the smell of the groundhog and decided instead to pursue this unknown woman. Her white form dipped amongst the trees, finding the other before long.
Tsuki's bright blue eyes wandered amongst the trees, picking out a white figure. Her ears pricked and her nose twitched. "Hello?" She spoke softly, ears laid back. "Make yourself known...please?" She did not want to seem rude or at all over-dominant, so she thought it would be good to add in a bit of manners. "Watashi wa, watashi wa monogoi, tsuki wa, watashi ni jibun jishin o teiji shite imasu. Watashi wa narete inaidesushi, anata no hōhō o manabitai tame ni."
("i am tsuki, present yourself to me, I beg. For I am not familiar and would like to learn your ways.")She rose to her feet, silky blue pelt twirling with her elegant movements.
She approached the blueish woman before sitting the chunk of metal down in front of the unknown person. She moved back some, making it known the chunk of 'treasure' was for her.

"Hello. I am Liri. Who are you?" She sniffed the woman, the way most canines would upon meeting someone new. Once done, she moved out of the female's personal space and sat down. Her ears pricked as she waited for an answer.
The blue moon's ears twitched as the female approached and sniffed her. Tsuki too sniffed the female, then glanced at the metal and smiled. It reminded her of the bones they used to give to each other in her homeland. "I am Tsuki The Blue, very new as you would guess. It is a pleasure to make your acquaintance, Liri The Giver." She gave the woman a new name, as it was customary to have a name for each and every wolf. Such as Aaron The Bold.
Liri beamed at the nickname, she had a habit for giving them herself. "A pleasure to meet you Blue." It certainly was curious how this woman was so blue, she had seen blue-grey wolves but not one so blue.

"I like your fur, was it that color when you were born?" Were all wolves blue where she came from? Where did she come from? She had many questions for this female and couldn't wait to hear the answers, it was intriguing to meet new people.
"My fur was much darker and more of a charcoal color, like my brother, when I was born, but it slowly brightened and became what it is now. We are all pups born on a blue moon, my siblings and I, and two of us were granted a blue coat.(Not truly, but it is what her pack believes, really it was just genetics.) Kurai The Wonderer and I, he's also somewhere in the Teekon." She said, looking around as to signify it. She reached out her paw and drew the metal nearer."My pack did not give such gifts. The youngest wolf or newest member of the Doragon family brought the highest ranked female a shined and sharpened bone, and the highest ranked male a silver stone."
They seemed like odd customs to her but she would never say so. Liri was too kind to say anything rude to anyone, unless they deserved it of course. She smiled, "It must have been hard to find silver stones."

"I don't usually give away my treasure, I have a hobby of collecting it. But I found it before coming across you and thought you might like to have it." She suddenly realized she had never given Sam a piece of treasure, as she usually did her friends. Deciding to give him some next time she saw her mate, she pushed it aside now to focus on Blue.
"Well, thank you for being so kind to share with me, I will have to bring you something soon. Now, tell me about yourself, Giver. And of this pack please, about the marriage ceremonies and such." She gave a sugar-sweet smile and blinked softly. She was quite interested in who she would be paired with, and who would become her mate. She wondered if she would be given the right to birth more blues like her, as she didn't know if The Wonderer or the Violent would contribute their time to mate.
"That would be kind of you but don't feel pressured to give me anything just because I gave you a gift,"she assured Tsuki with a kind smile.

Her smile dropped a bit at the request to speak of herself. There wasn't much to say, she didn't like talking to anyone about it. "My story is a simple one. My mother died in birth and a nursing Alpha who produced too much milk took pity on my father, allowing us to join her ranks. I was raised there until I was ten months, my father died of disease and my sister died of injury not too long after that. My brother had abandoned us in the night sometime before her death and thus I was alone. I joined a small pack, where I mated a man who treated me cruelly. I left in the dead of night and came across Aaron. Now here I am,"she wrapped up her life story with a small shrug.

"The pack is simple. It only recently formed, it's quite new. It's founded on the idea that love conquers all, that it overcomes and strengthens us as a unit. The mating pairs have been well chosen in my opinion thus far. Amara and Aaron, the Alphas, are not yet mated but I know they will be. They like each other I can tell. Maja and Faramir, the Betas, fancy each other and are happy or so I believe. My own mating was well chosen, I am Delta and he is Gamma. I was lucky enough to mate my own best friend. Hosannah and Gotham, the Zeta and Eta, are a bit different. I believe it was a good match though, they're both a bit distant and could use someone to be close to. Goober seems to have disappeared though if he shows back up I believe he would be your mate,"she explained carefully.
Tsuki nodded softly as Liri told her tragic story, relating to the sadness, and she flicked her tail to show acknowledgement as the woman continued. Goober? Goober? What kind of name was that? Her face dropped and she eyed Liri with a questioning gaze. "Goober..?" He sounded like a slimy creep, though Tsuki knew she should not judge, it was hard to think of why a mother would call her son Goober. She would definitely need a pet name, like dove, or G. not Goober.
Liri burst into laughter at the displeased comment on Goober's name. It wasn't the best name she could admit, but Liri was quite the oddball itself. "Aye, tis not the best name. I wouldn't concern yourself with it. We've had quite a number of wolves coming and going." She frowned as she recalled the number of wolves who just up and left. Madeleine, Claudia, Saries, Goober possibly. Was loyalty such a feeble thing that all her packmates would melt into the woods?
Tsuki laughed softly along with Liri, her subtle grace still present. (XD, thinking of You are the moon rn.) "Yes, I guess so. I am sorry you have lost wolves, though." She shuffled her paws a teensy bit and outstretched her neck. "Friend, will you accept me as family in this pack?" She questioned, awaiting the female to outstretch her neck as well. She wanted to be seen as a true friend to this female, and though they had only met, Tsuki felt that they would become good, good friends.
Liri followed suit, confusion clear on her face as she had no idea what she was supposed to do now. She could feel the weight of the gesture and knew it had cultural significance wherever Tsuki was from.

"Aye, I will. You may consider me a sister. Call on me if you need anything,"she swore to the woman and meant it. Liri would shelter her, feed her, heal her if she needed it. It would be nice to have a sister, though she would not replace Ameta in her heart.
Tsuki frowned just the tiniest bit when the woman did not accept her pledge. "A-alright then. I guess I will see you around, Liri The Giver. Good skies to you," she said with a smile, before picking up the metal chunk and trotting away, the heartfelt feeling of friendship warming her body.
You can fade next post, thanks for the thread!
just want to point out that Liri actually did outstretch her neck. I'll archive.

Liri frowned as she felt a small pang of guilt. She hadn't meant to offend Tsuki, it wasn't really her fault she didn't know what to do after reaching out her neck. Still she felt bad for upsetting her foreign friend. With a small sigh, she turned and loped off in search of something else to do.
