"I'm here," Kinta thought, "That crazy old wolf was right." Kinta had traveled far from where her pack had been. She could even remember the pained words as her mother died at her paws, "Kinta, if you stay here, the illness will consume you. I will be with you Kinta always." With this, her mother had died, and Kinta left in search of a place her mother and her could be together in peace. As she traveled, those words echoed in her head, pushing her onwards to a place of peace. One day on her travels an elderly wolf had come along, speaking of a place where there was sanctuary. Kinta didn't know why, but she had believed the old wolf, and even hunted food for him. "It was worth it."

As Kinta gazed over The Northwest Vale, as the old wolf had called it, she was assaulted by the sheer beauty of it. She was well aware she had entered the Teekon Wilds long ago, and had ensured to stay well away from pack borders. "Well, I suppose it's time to go, it'll be dark soon."  Kinta began to travel down the slope, and find temporary shelter for the night.
