Chosovi had not successfully captured anything in days. She was little more than bones, but the glimmer of hope in her eyes kept her alive and 'well'. At present, she sniffed around in search for something to fill her stomach. Or perhaps Saena's. The going was slow, but... she would persist.
Spring wandered around Silver Creek.  Today the thinning out Beta had high hopes to find some decent prey.  So far she had almost caught a mouse, but it had just barely escaped her grip, which had really sucked, since the mouse had looked good and smelled pretty decent too.  It really dissapointed Spring that she had not caught that mouse and she felt like the worst hunter in the world, but she knew that everyone made mistakes so the female eventaully let it go.

After about an hour of scouting and hunting, Spring caught sight of a wolf she recongnized from when the  Phoenix's had fled the Maplewood.  A saddness stabbed at her heart at the thought of the Maplewood as she remembered it's beauty.  One day she would go back.  Not now, but one day once it was regrown she would just have to.  For a moment Spring wondered where her pack would be if they had decided to stay in Phoenix Maplewood after the threats from Sleeping Dragon.  Spring almost shivered at the thought, there probably would have been blood, so much blood.

Spring suddenly  noticed that she had probably just been standing their right by the Phoenix wolf for a couple seconds now, looking pretty distant.  Although Spring was not sure whether or not the other female saw her, she decided to let out a greeting anyways.  It was the polite thing to do after all, the Beta decided.  "Hello."  She called out to the Phoenix, taking a few steps towards the other wolf.
