@Hino I wasn't sure if you wanted Hino to maybe go to Silvertip with Jinx or not but... Either way I wanted a thread, so too bad! If you don't want it though just PM me and I'll make it AW, I was excited. >_>

It had been a while since she had made her way down to the coast, but Jinx took the much needed break from Swiftcurrent Creek to make a day trip to the ocean. Her thoughts were weighing on her mind, and her desires to break free and be more than just someone's second in command were growing by the day... But part of her still hung back, steeped in respect for her Alpha. Unlike when she had tried to overthrow Akhlut, leaving Fox behind was a bittersweet thought, and part of her was unwilling.

Part of her was stronger, though, and that part roared for her to lead once more.

She had hoped that the saline smell of the ocean and the crash of the waves would clear her head, but when she reached the coast, she found only crushing guilt. When she glanced in the direction of her former pack, she realized something was off. Something about the way the ridge had jutted into the sky before seemed lacking. Frowning, the black-pawed bitch froze on the riverbank, transfixed by the change in Horizon Ridge's topography, and yet puzzled as to what made it seem so different. She knew nothing of the landslide or the change of leadership, but niggling in the back of her mind was the thought that the ridge had looked grander from here before...
