We aren't a legit pack yet but this is as close too a Mandatory Pack Meeting that we get till then :P  @Skeet @Ayla @Heartha @Estella @Paikea @Aspen (Shalon is excempt from the meeting and so is Darsal)

Charley stood at the tunnels entrance he and Aspen had explored, grooming the unruly fur on his back. They weren't fullfledged yet, but he hoped today to set the rules of the Royal Fire Court to all.
With a low, long howl, the King called together those who pledged themselves to the pack. When they came to him, he planned to explain that the tunnels were off limits, and tell them about the Inner and Outer circles he and Aspen planned on introducing. Maybe today he'd find out what trades his wolves intended to earn to get into the tunnels, hoped further that they would even want to.
For now, he awaited his charges to come to his summons, sitting proudly before the entrance with his head held high and tail fanning behind him. Today was one step closer to living the life he deserved, setting his life on track.
Estella came at the sound of Charley's howl.  Thea was still missing, which continued to sadden Stella, but she contiuned to hope that Thea had found a pack that would take her in.  Not cast her out into the wilderness... alone.  She hadn't travelled here with her sister Paikea today, but was sure that her pale furred sister would show up soon.

Upon reaching Charley and everyone else who had come, Stella gave them a polite, solemn dip of her head in a way of greeting.  "Greetings Charley."  Estella proceeded to say to her King and then sat back on her haunches, as she waited for the meeting to begin.
Aspen crawled out from the tunnels where she and Charley slept. No wolf had yet to join them in the tunnels but only time would tell which wolves would be first to join the inner circle. Aspen was curious but also attentive as she began to get to know each of the wolves that had pledged their allegiance to the royal fire court.

Aspen came to Charley's side just in time to see the first wolf appear, a grey female. She presumed Charley must've met this wolf while he was out scouting and she was up in redtail with Heartha and Ayla. Aspen gave the female a small smile before moving to give Charley an affectionate nudge before sitting proudly beside her mate. She knew somewhat of what was to be discussed today and she looked forward to identifying to herself which wolves showed great promise.
Heartha came to answer the call. With her tail held low and ears perked up, but not too high, and a skip in her step. She was excited to be in this meeting. She would meet everyone else formally, learn their names.

She came to a stop to see someone had already arrived, along with the two leaders. She dipped her head down in respect and went to sit in a spot relatively close, yet not so close she invaded their personal space. About two full wolf lengths away, to be more precise. A smile appeared across her muzzle as she adjusted herself in her position, awaiting the beginning of this gathering.
Charley's call brought Skeet to his paws as he trotted over towards the ruling couple. Settling down, he dipped his head to everyone in greeting, along with chuffs before giving his full attention to the ruling pair. His smile was soft, yet a little rough at the same time. His messy fur was sprawled against his body, giving him the 'bed0gead' affect.
Okay so obviously Skeet and Estella don't have to keep going, but the rest of us need to get this done asap. Ill probably do one more post in a few days, and wrap this up.

His wolves came to him, and a rush of pride went through Charley. They might not have been truly official, but this was work towards that. They might lose some along the way, but they would also gain. The Royal Fire Court would survive!
"Wolves of the Court, today Aspen and I would like to lay down the rules. How things are gonna work."
Standing, he glanced behind him. Might as well start with this, right?
"These are the tunnels where Aspen and I make our nest, and also where meetings will be held. Only inner Circle members are allowed in, to make their nests and come to the call of meetings. Don't worry, the Outer Circle members will not be held in the dark: they too will learn the details of the meeting afterwards, but will not play part in decisions.
You might be thinking thats unfair, that everyone should be allowed within the tunnels. Before you start to hate us, let me tell you that it isn't at all hard to join the Inner Circle. Advancing in your trade is the easiest way, but anything that proves you truly are dedicated to the family will earn your way to the other ranks.
First off, you should know that everyone has an equal here, most ranks have a male and female variant. Knight and Dame are at the top, like Gamma's. Following that come Baron and Baronetess, Count and Grafin, Marquess and Marchioness, Earl and Countess, Viscount and Vidame, Lord and Lady, and finally Noblemen and Noblewoman.Jester and Jestess are the omega. Pups will be known as Pages. To climb within the Inner Circle ranking, you need to challenge the rank above you and climb your way up. No blood is allowed to be drawn, but the one who gives in gets the lower rank of the two. There is only one rank for the Outer Circle wolves: Gentry. They are treated equal to the Inner Circle wolves, do just as much work, but they aren't allowed in the tunnels or to the meetings. My hopes are for there to be few to no Gentry wolves, really, and everything we do is an attempt to push for the goal of a bonded and happy family."
Aspen listened as Charley started by explaining the concept of the inner and outer circles and about the different rankings and titles that come with it. Aspen gave a few moments after Charley spoke before beginning to explain further. "In respect to entering the inner circle there is a ritual involved once you have proven yourself to the King and Queen. There will be a ritual bath in which all members of the inner circle bathe the new member as they have become a part of the family. The newest members must sit a vigil in the entrance or just outside of the tunnels from sunset to sunrise. There is an oath that is to be repeated that will be told to you on the day and after the vigil the new member(s) bow to the leaders and once again all inner circle wolves lick the new family member and give words of praise or support," she added onto the end of Charley's speech before beginning her own.

"As members of the fire court pack we follow the philosophy that strangers are proven guilty per say until they have proven themselves to the Alpha's of their packs. We will not treat you differently to those in the inner circle however it just means that you are considered more of a friend than a member of the family. Should a wolf betray the pack and dare return to the borders they shall be treated with agression because they are traitors. Both Charley and I have dealt with some pretty harsh times growing up which makes it hard for us to trust wolves at times." she stated pausing for a moment to collect what she would say next. She was starting to get better at this whole 'being an alpha' thing.

"Should a wolf approach our borders, they are to be treated as neutrals until they cross the borders without permission or prove a threat to the pack. They are not to be treated with any agression until that point but we do encourage showing dominance to those that approach. No information about the pack is to be given to strangers unless given by Charley or myself and we shall not realease information unless the wolf wishes to join the court. If a wolf wishes to join you can ask them about their skills or purpose as a member of the pack but then one of the leadership members must be called to make the final decision." Aspen stated glancing around to each of the wolves sat before them. They seemed like a good bunch of wolves and Aspen had no doubt they would prove their loyalty in their own ways.

"If Charley and myself go on absence for some reason be it a journey or other circumstances, unlike the normal pack the Duke and Duchess would not take over unless I did not have any pups or none of my litter were of age. If they are then the leadership goes to the oldest, willing, of the children and not the Beta wolves. This leads me to pups besides our own. Unless Charley and myself had no intention of having a litter no other wolves are permitted to have a litter within the pack especially if you have not yet entered the inner circle. However, should a lone mother and pups come to the border in search of a pack and go through the proper steps to joing the court the pups would be accepted with the mother. If there is an orphaned pup at the border they are to be brought in and cared for no matter what." Aspen stated once more assuring hersel she had covered everything. She looked over to Charley for a moment as if to see if he had anything else he wished to add. She didn't think she had missed anything but who knows.
Short post

Heartha listened to both King and Queen speak. It was a lot to process, and lot to take in as they spoke. She remained silent, nodding along. They spoke of ranks, the job of the pack, the inner circle, etc. She was mildly excited to hear everything that was said.
Ayla arrived only in time to hear Most of what Charley said, and Aspen. She had been caught up, interested in an odd flower, and had been momentarily distracted. She was here now, though, and listened to the rules and traditions of the court with interest. Where did it all come from? Did Charley and Aspen have a royal history, or did they make this all up? She didn't speak, only listened as she settled a short distance away.
Last post.... Feel free to post again (no post order) but Ill archive this Sunday night one way or another. Not gonna go over EVERYTHING in the Court just yet.

His wolves stayed quiet, through both his speech and Aspens, and it was here that Charley felt they'd covered enough information. Not everything was set in stone yet, but it was a lot of information already and there was no need to overwhelm the Court wolves. With a soft nudge to Aspen, the King only gave a few more words.
"I think we've covered a good bit today, the most important things. For now, everyone should explore the Glade and find a densite if you haven't yet."
Blue eyes shooting over to Aspen again, he nodded behind them into the dark, cool tunnels. With all the time he'd been spending on the Court and such, he felt that Aspen hadn't been getting enough of his attention. That wouldn't do: she was his goddess, his Queen, and she would be treated as such. Without looking back to the wolves, Charley dismissed them all with a wave of his tail and turned to vanish within the summit.
According to Charley Pryor, her king, that was everything about the pack and the way it goes. The way it works. She assumed the meeting was over, yet remained seated waiting to be dismissed. Once she was to be dismissed, she would move off to play the rules and the structure and all other things from the meeting in her head to get it stuck in there.
Charley spoke once more, then dismissed them all with a wave of his tail. Ayla was not all too concerned with finding a den yet, she preferred to sleep wherever in the summertime. So instead, she slipped into the forest when he finished, eager to search for and examine any new plants she came across.
Aspen smiled softly as she met Charleys gaze after he spoke once more indicating back to where the tunnels lay. Seems that they had some much needed time to spend together. Aspen watched as the others began to disperse before turning tail and following her mate into the tunnels.
