for any of the Blackrock Depth wolves. Decided to send her to you guys and see if she fits the bill. Near one of the rocky arms that the description detailed

After Gyda stepped down as Dronning, Lagertha had found herself swamped with the culture of the other wolves of Sleeping Dragon -- Drageda. The Viking half of the culture hadn't been prominent to begin with, a bit overshadowed with the Grounders. They had a whole language, customs, things that the Valkyrie had been confused by. Unwilling to give up her own heritage and learn the ways of the Heda and her followers, the Shield-maiden simply left.

Feeling a draw to return outwards, back to the ocean coast not unlike the one she had grown up on, Lagertha travelled away from the geyser filled mountain side of Sleeping Dragon. The Viking found herself on the coast, travelling over slick shale and being sprayed with the briney sea waves as they crashed.

Once over the rocky stretch of land, Lag found herself on a sandy strip of beach. Distantly, she could smell other wolves but made no move to approach them. Instead the dove grey female smiled peacefully, letting the waves wash against her paws from where she stood.
We can page Skellige after they have a chat, maybe?
Emboldened by her encounter with the cat-wolf, Doctor was less concerned than she might otherwise have been when she saw the storm-colored female wading in the tide. The territory was not yet claimed, and while she still had a duty to defend it, it was not out of the question that some wandering soul might not know the regard with which she and her ilk treated the land.

The scrappy shewolf approached not without caution, but without any sign of anger. It was important to keep herself in check - not to start something that needn't be started. "Hail," she called to the female, this time stating a wish for peace instead of taking an outright aggressive tone. "These are pack lands, good lady. What do you seek here?"

They were not yet too many to survive on the bay, after all. The sea was kind and plentiful, and Doctor had a good reason to want to surround her master with available females.
that works for me :P edit because I completely forgot she has an accent XD

Lagertha turned, the sound of a voice carrying over the waves in her ears. The smile remained on her face, though it shrunk a bit to a cautious but friendly expression. "Hallo," Lagertha greeted in return, cocking her head curiously in question to what the stranger was hailing. Perhaps it was only a greeting.

"I apologize. I vasn't avare the land was claimed," Lagertha intoned genuinely, recalling that she hadn't smelt a border but that the scent of others had indeed been strong. "Me? I don't think I had a particular quest in mind," the Shield-maiden laughed lightly.

"I had just vished to be closer to the sea," Lag gave a light shrug, a smile gracing her features. "Should I leave, given yer pack's claim?"
Poor, misguided little doctor. Oh well. Paging @Skellige - if Laggy is still agreeable, of course!
No! Don't go!

Outwardly, the doctor remained stoic, nodding along to the other wolf's words and smiling amiably when she laughed. She seemed a pleasant wolf, but the doctor did not know whether this was something that would attract or repel her master. She certainly seemed agreeable to him, but she was unsure of his true feelings toward her, other than his gladness that she served him, and a tenuous sort of respect.

But she was in no position to turn possible suitors away, and besides being a pretty thing, this wolf seemed a likely source of stability in their otherwise broiling pack.

"We are a seafaring people," she said to the wolf, giving the storm-coated female a friendly smile. "If kinship suits you, I think our leader would certainly appreciate another able body among our ranks."

Her eyes slid appraisingly along the shewolf's body as she spoke, but she quickly flicked them back to her face when she realized what she was doing. "Perhaps you'd like to meet him?"
If something was off with the diminutive woman before her, Lagertha didn't pick up on it. She seemed strange but friendly, smiling along with the Shield-maiden good-naturedly. The only thing that seemed truly odd was the way she glanced over Lag, raking her with her gaze. The Valkyrie wasn't sure if she was being sized up or if the woman was simply looking, eventually Laggy shook it off as just a glance.

"I vould like to meet him," Lagertha agreed easily, tail wagging though it remained low and neutral. If it were possible to find another pack, one where she wouldn't have to learn a new culture that would replace her own, Lag would jump on the chance. As a social animal, Lag didn't like roaming alone. She liked companionship.

"If he has time of course," Lagertha added, curious as to what their leader would be like and if he would even want her in their group possibly.
I guess we can wait for him after your reply - might take a while, though.
Not wasting any time, Doe let out a few quick, piping calls - her name-sound for the Leviathan.

"He is a busy man these days, but he does make time for things he deems important," the doctor said, sitting down near to the stormy female. "Only he can decide whether a wolf stays or moves on, but I am sure that he will let you move on without trouble, if the first is not an option."

Of this, there was no doubt in the little female's mind. She did not know the man to be needlessly cruel, and he had shown her nothing but kindness thus far. "You can call me Doe," she said to the female, though the name was no longer familiar to her outside of Szymon's presence, and even then, she wondered. "What are you called?"
The woman let out an odd call, short notes that reminded her of a bird but not one she had ever heard in her life. Lagertha chuckled at the noise, settling down on her haunches as the other woman did. "I'm glad to hear so, I vould not vant to linger if I am found unvorthy," the Viking was smarter than that, staying would mean physical removal.

"It is nice to meet you Doe," Lagertha grinned, genuine with her words. The small woman, Doe, was intriguing. "I am Lagertha Valkyrie," Lag dipped her head as she introduced herself, "though my friends call me Lag or Laggy."
I am so sorry you two! We may have to play this thread slow... if Skellige's current thread with Gristle actually amounts to something, he will claim the last open rank in the pack. If it doesn't and he moves on in that thread, Lagertha should be free to hop in!

The inky titan had come to know the noise that Doe had associated with his being. Her strange little pips were heard off and on as the man would make his rounds throughout the bay. When he heard the call, he was typically good at arrival, though that day it took him some time. With all that he had to prepare for, the great beast had found that abandoning his tasks to arrive at the side of the witch doctor did not always play out the way he would have liked. Though she had called for him, the leviathan was forced to wait before approaching. When he was able to leave the waters behind for a short time, he trudged to the shore and shook the liquid from his pelt before making his way toward the girl.

Upon arrival, the wet brute caught sight of a coal-dabbled female who appeared to be waiting alongside his witch doctor. With an inquisitive glance at the both of them, the titan drew his head upward. “What is it, Doe? Who have you found on the edges of the bay?” he inquired of the one wolf he trusted. The other female only received a stern look as his eyes roamed her figure.
Oh no! I forgot about the incest triplets when I tallied everyone up. Sorry about that!
Oh dear. The Leviathan did not seem to be in a mood to be summoned - but Doe was bound and determined to surround the man with as many foxy, single shewolves as she possible could! Her ears perked as she saw his eyes sweep over the stranger, and Doe was quick to jump to her new best friend's rescue as she recieved only a stern look from all his measuring.

"I found this - this pretty shewolf wandering the bay. She understands now that it has been claimed and is willing to depart peaceably - but she's told me that she's drawn to the sea, and I thought you might like to add her to our numbers," she explained, ears swivelling restlessly as she waited for the man to notice that yes, this is a very pretty wolf! and hopefully claim her as his own and denounce all others. Yes!

"She smells nice, too," the doctor added, perhaps unnecessarily.
Lag had never considered herself a small woman but the brute who appeared made her feel so with his large build. The Viking smiled at him as she had Doe, not unperturbed by his stern gaze in the slightest. She had always been a friendly wolf and this leader was treated the same way.

Lagertha's smile was replaced with a confused expression as Doe found it necessary to bring up how pretty and good smelling she was. Her head cocked to the side slightly, curious as to why of all things the petite Mexican wolf would bring up her appearance.

The Shield-maiden was comfortable in her skin, considered herself pretty enough but had never considered what anyone else thought of her. It didn't matter to her what anyone else thought of her but at the moment her eyes flicked over to the male in question of what his subordinate was doing.

"Uh..thanks? I am Lagertha Valkyrie, my friends call me Laggy or just Lag," she introduced herself since Doe seemed keen on pointing out only her beauty.
Maybe one more post out of each of us and then Lagertha is good to thread with the other BRD members to get that thread count up to 50. <3

The savage’s expression did not change in the slightest as he listened to his witch doctor speak of their new visitor. His dark vision continued to roam over her figure with narrowed brows and thin leathery lips. Once Doe had completed her introduction of the woman, Skellige lifted his head and breathed deeply, taking in the faintest scent of a pack on the female who stood before them. The coal-smattered individual did not seem to be perturbed by his presence or his expression, which allowed him to think that she was either simple or she was merely a creature who favored good fortune and kindness. While the sea king was not pleased with either of those options, he decided to take Doe’s opinion and construct his own plan.

The stranger then introduced herself as Lagertha and he frowned softly at the sound of the nicknames that had followed. Fixing her with an intent expression, the wraith stepped forward and loomed over the she-wolf. “You wish to take the sea as your home, then? Our culture is not one to look lightly upon,” he began in a soft growl. “You will be required to take on a role that will help build our home and craft our people. No one is exempt from this rule. Should you have children, they will be subject to rituals that some do not look kindly upon – are these things that you are willing to accept?” the sea king inquired with a short quirk of his brow. The yellow of his fangs peeked from beneath his dark lips as he spoke, and he did not break his gaze with the Viking wolf.
Short I'm-at-work post. Doe be all like
Doe stood back behind the Leviathan, wagging her tail in encouragement at the stranger.
Her words did not seem to please the male, his frown deepened as she spoke and Lag found herself wondering if he was always such a grump. The Valkyrie kept her face schooled into a mask of indifference, perfected after growing up in Kattegat. His eyes continued to roam her in displeasure, Lagertha tilting her chin up the tiniest bit.

He was trying to intimidate her and she had faced down scarier men. Her stance remained submissive, she was not so stupid as to challenge him, but she would not be frightened away easily either. Doe seemed supportive, silently urging her to agree from behind the male. Lag couldn't stop the small grin on her face, intrigued by the diminutive woman and wanting to know her better.

Their rituals could not be so much more worse than the Vikings she was raised with. Lagertha nodded in agreement, "I accept your customs. I vill vork vith the others."
I'm gonna archive this! Thank you guys.

Skellige was not a man derived from pleasantries, and so the question of whether or not he was grumpy all of the time was answered by the ever-constant expression on his inky face. Even when Lagertha agreed to uphold their customs and rituals, his features did not shift or waver. Instead, the wraith simply nodded his head and motioned to Doe with a swing of his muzzle. “Very well. Welcome to the Blackrock Depths. You’ve already begun getting yourself acquainted with our witch doctor… I believe she’d be able to show you around,” he remarked to her in his rumbling baritone.

Without anything more, the brute nodded his head and turned to leave the two women. There was a thought linger in the far reaches of his mind as he recalled Doe mentioning how good the stranger had smelled. Finding it confusing and a bit out of place, the titan tried his best to disregard it and focus on the tasks that were at hand.
