@Jace
For funsies I'm going to say this day two of their two day jail sentence together, even though it's technically backdated a good bit. ahah. I also feel so bad for Ira's mean thoughts. T_T

There was a low rumble of irritation in Ira’s throat as he awoke with a jerking start, eyes bursting wide though he did not make immediate sense of his surroundings. It took a couple of blinks to encourage his eyes to focus, and a few more seconds until realization dawned upon him as he understood with a lift of his upper lip in disgust why he was not inside the den he shared with Jinx. Oh right, his guardian and Beta had put him in “charge” of the shadow pelted idiot to “put him through his paces”. Ira had initially refused to sleep within a hundred feet of Jace but had decided that ten feet was close enough to keep a weary and irritable eye on him since he figured it was useless to try to worm his way into the den with Jinx. It was likely, the Priceling had assumed, that she would bar him from entering because he was not supposed to go anywhere without Jace which, even in the few hours Ira had to endure it (not including their time spent sleeping) he found it to be a utter pain in his ass. He glimpsed at the other boy’s form in the distance with unhindered distaste figuring that it was a mutual feeling. Whatever. Ira was the one in charge and as long as Jace remembered that, Ira would put up with him for the two day sentence they had been given though in truth, he’d been given no real choice. Neither of them had, and it was almost infuriating despite that Ira was begrudgingly convinced that Jinx had not done it to torture him but to prep him for his future as a leader, that Jinx had likely taken advantage of his inability to disobey her.

He was slow to get up, pushing himself into a sitting position and then, after yawning largely his jaws snapping shut with a resounding click of his sharpened teeth, he stood and shook his coat out, stretching his stiffened muscles hating that he had been restless in sleep, waking often to make sure the other was not plotting to kill him in his sleep. A glimpse skyward told him it was only dawn, that the sun was just beginning it’s rise over the earth, and there was an exasperated sigh that pushed from betwixt his parted lips. While the other was asleep - at least Ira assumed he was asleep but frankly didn’t care whether he was awake, asleep, or even alive - Ira dug in at the cache that he knew was nearby and plucked a rabbit out for himself, eating it quickly not wanting to waste time before he grabbed a second scrawny rabbit from the cache, slung the dirt back over it and trotted over to where Jace slept and promptly dropped the rabbit so it landed with a wet splat hopefully on Jace’s face or somewhere nearby his face. “Get up and eat; we’ve got a lot to do today.” Ira commanded as he moved a few paces away, turned and stared the other down with impatience.

Jace was already up and had been for sometime, but he lay in brooding silence. To say he loathed Ira was an understatement of the deepest degree. He always woke at Dawn for a run, however he had not been able to do so since the two days he had spent in the youth's presence he was so very glad that today was the last day that his presence would be needed for him to be part of this pack. He would part ways gleefully.

As he heard Ira leave he breathed a sigh of relief a small repose from the other even if it were for five minutes it was a blissful five minutes. As the younger male returned and dropped a rabbit near Jace's face, Jace fully wanted to growl and snarl, but he swallowed both his growl and snarl and instead stood quickly and ate the rabbit. Licking his chops he spoke with a sarcastic undercurrent "Lead the way oh devoted one. He was furious that he was metaphorically chained to this puppy, a term he used loosely as he was not much out of puppy hood himself, but he sure did dislike the other.
Ira's lack of concern on whether or not Jace have been awake had been the main reason why he had not realized the other boy it was not, in fact, asleep or dead, but indeed wide awake. Possibly had been awake before even Ira himself. One of the shadow's dark blue eyes had fixated upon Ira, caught by the Princeling just as gravity pulled the rabbit down with a satisfying wet splat sound, causing a snicker of cruel delight to escape Ira as he watched the shadow hoist himself to his feet. "Sleeping beauty rises at last," Ira sneered to the other boy, only calling the shadow 'sleeping beauty' in the hopes of getting a rise out of him, and for the simpler fact that it amused Ira to no real end. Ira did not particularly find anything relatively entertaining about watching Jace eat the scrawny scrap of food Ira had presented him with - not because he cared either way if Jace starved or not but mainly because he didn't want to waste anymore time. The sooner this day was over with, the sooner he could return to Jinx and get as far as was possible within Swiftcurrents' lands away from Jace. Never mind that Ira was in an extremely sadistic manner, thoroughly enjoying himself with ordering the other around.

Ira had been born to lead. Though no one said he was destined to be a very good leader.

"With unbridled pleasure princess," Ira breathed in a sarcastic and overdone sultry tone, flicking his tail in a saucy manner hoping that it would have the desired effect upon Jace. By no means was Jace anything remotely close to what Ira considered to be his type, being the wrong gender and well – everything else – but Ira hadn't meant it in a flirtatious manner at all. No, it merely have been meant to be cruel, no more and no less.

Omg these two's threads if they didn't hate each other so much they could be friends trading insults lmao

The laugh that slipped from the pale youth's lips made Jace slit his eyes and push his ears back against his head in abject anger. He however kept his voice silent though his eyes burned in absolute anger and hatred when he looked at Ira. "At least you admit i'm better looking than you. was his simple remark back. Not really wanting to throw insults at the other for that would start a veritable word war.

Jace snickered "Why Ira I did not know you swung that way. I apologize, but I do not I prefer my lovers of the female variety.SO i must turn you down. Jace snickered and walked past the other and sat down licking his chops and waiting for the other to begin to order him around as he was prone to do as of late, like he was a boss, though he wasn't and it irritated Jace to no end truthfully and without fail.
lol, I know. xD They amuse me, ahah. I love how Ira acts like he knows what he's talking about by 'lovers' but realistically he probably thinks lovers is like "boyfriend/girlfriend" innocent stuff, ahaha. He hasn't had the "birds&bees" talk yet (i can't wait for that thread, i'm laughing just thinking about it). ;P

Ira could feel Jace’s eyes burn into him, full of silent hatred and stewing with anger and the Princeling grinned like a Machiavellian villain wide, slow and entirely deliberate. “Ah no,” Ira corrected in a condescending tone as he glimpsed back over his shoulder to peer at Jace before confirming to himself that he (Ira) was the better looking of the two. In truth, Ira didn’t know if either of them was “better looking” than the other, while the Princeling was horrendously shallow he had yet to get to the point in his life when it mattered to him what girls thought of him, and thusly, he did not put much stock into physical appearances. He was better than Jace but whether or not physical beauty had anything to do with it he could have cared less. “Sleeping beauty was a girl in case you forgot.” Ira shot back in a deliberate and slow tone as if he were speaking to someone with a hearing impairment, enunciating his words to an annoyingly strict degree.

Ira, at Jace’s gibe about his sexuality - something that loath as the Princeling was to admit it he had no idea what it was, despite his actions, teasing and implications - and unfortunately for Jace that specific part went right over Ira’s head. “I wasn’t asking you out, dipshit,” Ira rolled his eyes. If he was going to ask anyone out it would have been Bones because she was about the right gender and right age - not that he had immediate intentions of asking the Tortuga native out but it was the principle of the thing. “I don’t know who’d want to be your lover anyway.” Ira snorted at the thought, another cruel sneer tugging at the edges of his lips.

Jace's father with all his endearing awkwardness gave him "the talk" at least in my mind anyway and it had me rolling listening to wildheart tell his son the secret to life and love...ahahah....i need to find a human counterpart for Jace...hmmm. OMG i really do like the Ira name...Jace just had to get a jibe in...i'm soo sorry.

Jace had never really thought about whether or not he was better looking than any other wolf. And to be honest he truthfully didn't care, he would find love someday maybe and maybe not. It all depended what fate had in store for him and he was willing to learn as he lived. "May have been a girl but still better looking than you friend. he stressed the word friend long and low and drawn out.

Jace shook his head the younger male had no clue and it was obvious, so he kept his mouth shut however the last jibe a matter of male pride caused him to speak up. "Probably a lot more than would want you...Ira...what kind of name is Ira anyway it sounds like my grandma's name. He shook his head again and continued waiting on the other to tell him what they were doing.
lol, it's ok! To be fair Ira thought it was girly himself at first. xD In truth, I haven't decided what Ira's going to have Jace do yet, aha, any ideas? I was thinking about Ira having him demonstrating his fishing skills or something. :p

Ira rolled his eyes at Jace’s gibe in regards to Sleeping Beauty and how she was better looking than him. “Don’t hold your breath, she might have been uglier than you,” He retorted though in truth he found the trading of ‘ugly’ shots to be growing boring. Ira had a high intelligence and though he was easily amused with Jace’s insults to him and the reactions of the shadow when Ira gave his own insults, he was also growing quickly bored with it. Especially since he didn’t put much stock into physical appearances yet or if he looked sexually appealing to the opposite sex or not. He was rudimentarily aware of the concept of sex, he understood from Jinx’s pregnancy where babies came from (not that he would have likely bought that story of a “stork” anyway) but the finer details and the actual manner of conception were unknown to him because despite his high intelligence and mannerisms he was still a child.

“Hmm, I don’t know how right you are about that,” Ira drew in a purposefully annoying hum. “I know a girl that likes me so that’s a point ahead of you, yeah?” It was probably true that Bones did not like him in the way that they were talking about - though he was thinking on the terms of innocent boyfriend/girlfriend things not the intimate implications of ‘lovers’ - but Jace didn’t know that and Ira had no intention of telling him. Technically, Ira wasn’t entirely lying because Bones had said that she liked him - simply Ira had not elaborated in what way, figuring he could get good use out of his bafflement regarding the other Juvenile. At Jace’s shot at his name, Ira was silent for a bit as they walked unwilling to admit that just a couple of months ago he had something remotely similar to Jinx. The last thing Ira wanted to admit was that Jace’s thoughts had mirrored Ira’s once thoughts.

“Pity for your grandmother then,” The Princeling snickered after his pregnant pause.

Fishing is good Jace is good at fishing :D

Jace wrinkled his nose and spoke quietly "I have yet to meet a female that is ugly. It was true he really hadn't met any ugly females though truth be told his father had always told him that everyone has beauty somewhere sometimes it was just hidden and it wasn't always the best to be good looking on the outside, to not let pride have you fall. He would not tell Ira this for the spawn of satan would just laugh at him and his father and if he were to get in a jibe about his father, well the situation would turn violent of that Jace was sure.

Jace himself was growing bored with the constant back and forth of petty insults and jibes. It was a little immature for him to be acting like this, but it was as if the pale furred one just brought the worst out in him. Jace chose to not even comment about the girl liking him, he ignored it for the most part. He did not know if any females liked him or not.

Growing tired of sitting there with nothing to do he spoke up. "What are you going to have me do today Ira? hmm?
