Winter was rapidly approaching, and for Bonnie's warm heart, it put quite a hindrance on her normally perky attitude. She loped through the lair, each step an attempt to awaken herself from the night's sleep and hummed a tune under her breath. There were wolves she'd had yet to meet, one of them being the chieftain himself, and to her that seemed to be quite a shame. So as Bonnie approached a small bushel of white, she cooed a short call for his presence.
Ukko hasn’t felt himself lately. Ever since the birth of the children, and the turmoil he’d been forced to go through and he’d neglected his new duty. She’d made him chieftain, something he assumes she did out of obligation, so that he didn’t have to serve and she didn’t lose him. It bothers him, though, as it doesn’t quite feel right. With a sigh, he attempts to distract himself, but a call is set out for his attention.

It is a voice he doesn’t recognize but he moves anyway until he finds the wolf responsible. Dark orange eyes scan her form—nothing resembling a threat—and offers a shake of his head. “You called,” he observes with a raise of an eyebrow curiously.
As the brute came into view and greeted Bonnie accordingly, she smiled and gave a respectful bow of her head. Yes sir, I did. I just wanted to give a proper greeting. She cleared her throat and the tiny woman shared a comically large smile, I'm Caroline but y'all can call me Bonnie. Just joined a little while ago by Asterr. I thought it made sense to know the other superior here, as well.
The woman explains herself quickly and seems polite enough but beyond that, there isn’t much to it. Caroline, or Bonnie, explains that Asterr had brought her here and he vaguely recalls hearing the details but he hadn’t been up to making himself known. She’d taken that matter into her own hands and it gives him a little indication of what she’s like. The initiative she shows where he has lacked is good enough and there’s part of him that wishes to thank her for her service and go about his day but he keeps his legs rooted in place anyway.

“It is nice to meet you, Bonnie, I am Ukko,” he finally says with a swish of his tail and forced smile upon his face.
It wasn't hard for Bonnie to see that Ukko wasn't exactly excited to have to hold the conversation, so she decided to cut their introductions short. Well, it was lovely meeting you, I guess. She flashed him a smile and began on her way, hoping to do a bit of hunting before the sun retired.
