Probably close to Seageda, but otherwise fairly non-descript in setting.

The bear lumbered about the northern coast with keen senses in tune with finding food for himself, but perhaps even more so with finding the brother that would procure the food for him. Because he still lacked the great weight @Ojo had matured to, he shamelessly continued to follow for the chance to scrape the bones of the carcasses a few hundred pounds more would be able to secure. Riku was in no position to be able to afford a useless attribute like pride.

Trailing his intensely keen nose along the snow and distinctly detecting the bark of seals in the distance, the white bear pressed on and relied upon everything their mother had taught them before her untimely death. He felt instinctively that rich, buttery blubber was his only possible chance to pack on the fat before the ice flows disappeared completely and a lean spring would begin, leaving him to starve and die there on the ocean shore... possibly with @Riki not far behind.
