for @Rayder

Sky traveled far and wide for a while she was sure she was somewhere around Blacktail Deer Plateau. She came across a male wolf. She approached cautiously."Hello there." Sky said in a calm voice.
His exploration of the land continued today. He had came into the land from the west, so he decided to go to the east. There, resided mountains, that he had seen in the distance but hadn't approached until now. Rayder had started to climb up to a higher altitude get a better view of the area, when a voice broke his thoughts. Turning his head, he paused mid-climb -- front legs on the next stepping rock to his goal.

"Hey," He said, distracted, but managing to take in the female's appearance nonetheless. A quick glance-over suggested she was not to be taken as a threat, plus, her tone was calm, not itching to pick a fight. Rayder then jumped up onto the rock, eyeing the rest of the mountain. He should be back to the Plateau by nightfall. The male glanced back to the stranger. "You need anything?" Maybe she was looking for assistance instead of just greeting him out of the blue.
"I was wondering, what pack am I around?" Sky would soon go home and rest up. She just wanted to know what packs were around. She climbed up with the wolf. She studied the wolf. A cream looking color. She looked at his eyes. She liked his eyes. They were something like her's. She still had her flower by her ear.
So, the female was looking for directions? Rayder shrugged in reply, having not explored the area that much himself. "Well, I don't know much of the terrain myself, but I come from Blacktail Deer Plateau." He offered, his face turning, muzzle pointing in the direction of where his current home resided. "It's not too far from here."

He noticed the stranger had a rather odd marking swirling around her eye. Raising a brow, his curiosity was piqued by this. "Ya get your looks from your mother or your father?" It was a rather blunt way to continue the conversation, but it was good enough. Perhaps he could learn if her past was similar to his in any way. If so, he wasn't sure if he would empathize with her or close himself off to it.
" I was born with it. Neither of my parents had anything close to this swirl on them." Sky felt like it was okay to be truthful to this wolf. She trusted him, but if he lied to her she would stop being truthful and run. She was taking a major risk here. Her flower was blown away by winds, but she didn't mind. The flower flew through the air and landed in the water.
"Hmm," was all he responded with at first. Weird. Well, he guesses that even the oddest of markings had to start somewhere, and if it was with this generation instead of an older one, then he had no problem with that. A more powerful gust of wind blew through Rayder's fur, and he saw the flower the female had tucked by her ear was blown away, heading towards the lake below.

His eyes stopped tracking it once it became too small with the distance to focus on, and went back to the other wolf. Figuring now was a good as a time as any, he introduced himself. "I'm Rayder. What's your name?"
"Sky, I'm from Swiftcurrent.... if your ok with that." Sky was afraid that some wolves would kill her for being so close to the boundaries of the other packs. She sat down with her tail wagging.
