There was a scream and then blood came tumbling down the walls. There were pups wailing and crying and the sounds of love making tumbled like tendrils from the other rooms to ghost their ways across his ears, while he did his own due diligence to and for the queen. Ghosts of paw prints littered the ground as a large brute backed away from a queen, the strange red of his eyes tinted and lowered to the ground. Good job my precious Sitri, good job. then the hot flash of pain up his leg made him realize today she was not in a good mood, today today he may die. However, he laid and took blow after blow after blow, his shoulder the fur he felt it torn off and his paw was laid out completely to the bone. Then the guards came all of them wanting their turn at the slave the blood borne and with a snarl he turned to meet them all, certain he would fight for his life on this day.

Sitri woke with an almighty howl and turning he ran from his den the darkness closing in on him as he ran blindly. His muscles on fire, he felt the lick of his wounds. and he heard the voices in his head over and over again Run little slave boy run run run. Little slave boy whose heart belongs to me run run run. Then her laugh like a high cold cruel death incarnate made it's way betwixt his ears and he kept running running until the fresh night air eased his fears and he lay panting and crying and growling and snarling at the edge of the mountain wondering if he could just throw himself and end the torment that licked at his heels.
OOC: Holy sh*t. Majesty is on his way to see if he can calm Sitri down!

IC: Majesty awoke that morning with a start. As he was still a bit groggy from sleep, he wasn't quite sure what that awful noise was, but he stumbled to his feet as worry overtook him. He forced himself to wake up a bit more, vigorously shaking his head back and forth to knock away the remnants of sleep. He bolted to the entrance of the cave inside Silvertip Mountain, listening as the sound of some sort of dying animal made its way to his ears. It sounded as if the poor creature was being tortured to death!

Predatory animal or no, Majesty did not stand for allowing prey to be slowly tortured before they were eaten. Afraid that this was what was happening to some animal or other, he bounded down the mountain path as carefully as he could, following the pitiful sound. But the closer he got, the more he realized that the sound seemed to be coming from… a wolf? With double-speed he followed the gods-awful noise to its source and found Sitri, one of his pack members, standing at the edge of the mountain and looking out, growling and snarling and whining pitifully.

"Sitri?" Majesty called softly. "What's wrong? Are you all right? Are you hurt?" Worry buzzed through the male's head like a fly that wouldn't go away. This was a pack-mate, a family member. No matter what, he would do all he could to help him.
The voices were screaming in his head and he had enough with an almighty roar and growl bursting from his maw he slammed his head down once twice to the mountain top floor speaking gibberish really but some made sense... In my head always in my head, be good sitri, listen sitri, don't fight sitri, do what i say sitri,..kill the children sitri, love me sitri. then a cold high laugh burst from his throat and he began to rock back and forth teetering on the edge of the abyss madness licking in his eyes.

He turned red eyes towards the one who spoke his name and began to croon out a lullaby a dark vengeful evil lullaby. All the little children all of them for me. take em up and raise em up and make them just for me. All the little children your death is just for me. All the little children your death is sitting at the door. Then he lay down his head on his paws shuddering and quaking his mind breaking. He rocked to and fro a far away look in his eyes as he remembered blow by blow, nip by nip, all the nameless faceless children he had taken to their grave all for the queen in name of the queen.

His mind was slowly working it's way back but could he shake off the madness that threatened to take him over. the memories that threatened to dominate as he tried to learn to be a good wolf a proud wolf. I've fixed a million races, ripped off a million faces, I've beat them down i've held them up. I've learned love at the queens paws and i learned hate at her face. I'm a slave, a blood borne just for that.
Majesty listened with ever-increasing horror as Sitri continued to spout utter gibberish. None of the words made sense, and the more he listened, the more he realized that his pack-mate was an absolutely lunatic. But that did not matter. He flinched when he saw that the male was slamming his head into the ground.

"Stop that," he ordered, taking a step forward, ready to intervene at a moment's notice if Sitri decided to hurt himself again. And then he listened some more as the crazy wolf began speaking about his queen and killing children and being a slave. Sighing, he realized that he didn't have a clue how to go about fixing this situation. He didn't even know if he really could fix it. He was afraid that if he tried to help, he would just make things worse. But his pack-mate was in emotional - and probably physical - pain. He could not do nothing.

"Listen to me, Sitri," he said in a commanding tone, stepping even closer to the male. "Come out of your mind. Come out of your mind and back into the world. Look around you. There is no queen. Think of your pack. We are your family. We will help you, but only if you let us. Come back to us. Please."
I'm sorry you're probably like wtf lol

Sitri lay down his head on his paws and small whines and growls and snarls continued to erupt from his maw. Red eye swept the mountain side below to and fro to and fro feverishly. Tail lashing angrily behind him as the voices began to scream and screech in his head. Kill them all kill them all. Obey me. You have forsaken me...kill them all kill them all. No sitri no doesn't want to...no bad sitri...no no. He began to rub his paws up and over his muzzle over and over again as if he were punishing himself with blows, though none landed.

He heard a voice from far away soothing and calming, but the madness did not wish to unsheath itself yet. All of this a dream a dream that tore out the memories and made them flutter all around asunder.

he began to talk to himself again and the other wolf. it was a dream you see sitri. No sitri it happened it was a memory. Yes a memory a memory one that hurt you...no the soldiers never had their way yes yes they did you slept for days in darkness....no no they didn't yes yes they did. Over and over again back and forth the voices in his head erupted from his mouth. around and around like monkey's chasing weasels....
OOC: No, it's fine, lol. I already know that Sitri's crazy. I think this thread is fun.

IC: Majesty shook his head as Sitri continued to spout gibberish, and then began mock hitting himself with his paws. Obviously, he was struggling hard to come back. Majesty had to try harder. He was afraid his pack-mate might never come back if he didn't do something. He stepped up right next to the male whose head was thrashing back and forth and put his own face close to him.

"Sitri," he boomed, his deep voice echoing loudly, bouncing off the mountain face. "Stop it. Listen to me. Me. Not what is inside your head." Not quite knowing what he was getting himself into, he said, in desperation, "I am the Queen now. Not her. Me. Listen to me. Come back, Sitri. I will be kinder than she will. I promise you. Come back. Now."
Tyrande to the rescue!

Tyrande heard the howl from the base of the mountain. She knew that voice, that howl.

Sitri.

Within minutes, the black female was inside the cavern and racing towards the demon-named wolf. She pushed past Majesty to get to Sitri she had heard some of the conversation echo through the caves. She unwittingly pressed her nose against Sitri's flank.

"Sitri... Sitri, it's okay. It's okay. Do you hear me? Do you hear my voice? It's me, Tyrande. The Queen is not here. She can't hurt you anymore Sitri, she can't force you to do bad things anymore. You're no longer bound to her... Calm down, Sitri... Calm down. It's me... It's me..."

Tyrande's usual eerie voice was suddenly softer, more friendly and affectionate. She whispered to Sitri, attempting to calm him down. She rubbed her head along his flank in a comforting manner, while at the same time saying his name in a soothing, unthreatening voice.
Sitri heard a miltitude of voices calling for him. large and booming and quiet and soft voices clamoring for his attention. He heard bits and pieces of each filtering through his feverish mind. One telling him he'd be kind no more badness. He began to backslide towards them.

Finally tyrandes voice broke through the static telling him its ok he was fine no more queen the voices spoke in sadness in his mind no more queen no more queen as th brute finally realized demon queen was no more though he had the jinx queen a better queen. he blinked again staring at the two looking at him with wide eyes. sitri here but there was blood everywhere and crying and singing and drkness mixed with pain all of it bad juju bad juju. he repeated what his father would often say bad juju.

He stopped moving feverishly as he breathed heavily feeling tyrande rubbing his fur he looked at the male sitri sorry bad sitri scare a you. he laid his ears back on his head as he looked at the male who helped to save him from his own madness.
OOC: I think one more post from all of us should be good, and then I'll archive it. This was fun! Sitri, do you want to do more posts with Majesty? And Tyrande, you too? I like you guys.

IC: Majesty breathed a sigh of relief as he saw the cloudiness in Sitri's eyes fade away, so that they were clear once again. The scarred wolf still spoke in riddles, but at least now he seemed more grounded. Majesty was glad that Tyrande had come along, otherwise Sitri's meltdown might have driven him crazy. "I am glad you are alright now, Sitri. You had me quite worried. And don't feel bad. I'm just happy you're better. Though you should thank Tyrande here, as well. She probably brought you back more than I did."

Majesty smiled his thanks to the charcoal-furred she-wolf. "Now, I think I should go. I'm going to patrol the borders for a while." He gave a bow to the both of them. "Have a good day, Sitri; Miss Tyrande." With that, he trotted off farther down the mountain, to go and meditate about what had happened. His mind was reeling…
