@Majesty

The firetruck red female gazed around excitedly. She had never laid her bright green eyes upon a beach before, especially one littered with blob-like creatures making all sorts of noise. Chantelle stood and watched the creatures, tail waving slightly, unaware of anything else that was going around her. She had noted the clouds in the sky previously, which brightened her mood even more since cloudy and rainy weather happened to be her favorite.

Enjoying the view and the light breeze tousling her red fur, the small girl moved forward slowly toward the creatures that so noisily took residence on the far side of the shore
Majesty was exhausted and flustered lately - the result of an influx of new wolves wanting to join to his pack all at the same time. He had never expected to gain so much popularity so quickly, and while he was flattered, he was also constantly wanted by some pack-mate or potential pack-mate and the stress of running around at everyone's beck and call all the time was beginning to take its toll on his nerves. Still, he did his rounds daily, taking his morning run around the perimeter of the island. On this day, it was cloudy and windy, though still warm. He enjoyed the wind, as it kept him cool while running. It also brought to him a scent from the mainland - a wolf he did not recognize.

Since the Sea Lion Shores were technically hunting grounds for the pack, and because he knew that all potential candidates for the pack could be found there or at the Totoka River, he decided to check it out. Since it was early morning, the tides were still somewhat high from the night, and the coolness of the water helped to cool Majesty off from his run. He made his way to shore, using the sandbar as always, and spotted the owner of the scent - a red-coated female wolf, who looked to be hunting one of the sea lions. While he didn't really mind sharing food, he figured he would let her know that she was technically taking food that could be used for his pack, so he approached her - albeit slowly.

"Hello!" he called out, his deep voice ringing like a low-toned bell through the air. "It is a fine morning, is it not?"
In the midst of her curiosity, Chantelle was startled by a sudden voice calling out to her. She hopped to face the male who had momentarily surprised her. She let out an "Oh!" After quickly recovering, the red wolf beamed at the male and stated, "Yes it is. Especially so with you here. I was just trying to figure out what those weird creatures are!"

The brightly colored girl kept her eyes on the male, who was a lovely brown color and had a piece of his ear missing. She briefly wondered if he was a fighter, but then jumped to the possibility of him being a predator who lures in fine-looking wolves like her with kindness, only to rid the world of them or to keep them as sex slaves!
Majesty smiled at her compliment, finding it slightly amusing. Is this how I sound to all the females? he wondered. Constantly flattering them?

He went over to her and said, "My name is Majesty. I am the Alpha of the Wheeling Gull Isle pack, which resides just there." He pointed his muzzle in the direction of the island. "Technically, you are on a free territory, though if you hunt a sea lion here, you'll be hunting on our hunting grounds. I do not mind sharing food, but I thought you should know."

He cleared his throat. "Perhaps if I help you catch one, we can share it? And then I can learn a little bit about you. Are you part of a pack, Miss...? I never caught your name..."
"Oo, an Alpha." Chantelle said as she sauntered a few steps forward. "'Majesty' is a fitting name. You certainly look like royalty." She gave her seductive smile, then returned her face to a normal smile. "But I was not hunting your food. I have never seen what a 'sea lion' is before.

"I do not know how to hunt these creature. Do they fight back or are they east prey? Maybe my majesty should show me how to capture the sea lion."
The blazing red wolf smirked, thinking her little joke was funny. "My name is Chantelle Bordelle, first name Chantelle. Pleased to meet you." She gave a bow to the male and then looked to him for what would come next.
I'm going to forward-date this to take into account the fact that I now have an (unofficial) mate, if that's all right with you.

Majesty smiled at the female's flattery, and dipped his head in thanks, though after that he largely ignored it. He had Erika now, and he wanted no one else. Still, he was happy to be given compliments, as it was something he himself did quite naturally. He was not used to being on the receiving end. He came ever nearer to the female, whose name he now knew to be Chantelle.

"Normally," he began, "they are somewhat easy to take down, as long as you're not trying to take one down by yourself. They are about as big as a wolf, so they can pack quite a punch, even if they don't have claws. I have been whacked by a flipper before, and it does not feel very good - that I can promise you. If you attack from behind though and get through the neck blubber, it's generally easy from there."

He looked along the beach, trying to spot one that would be fairy simple to take down. There was one lying asleep and completely oblivious nearby. It would do nicely. He nodded towards the grey blob of a creature. "What about that one? If I distract its front, you can go around it and kill it, though I'll request that you do it as quickly as possible. I know it is just a prey animal, but I do not like seeing anyone or anything in unnecessary pain." He looked back at Chantelle, awaiting her response.
