Rosings? Or someone else?
It was late and the sun was had faded away completely, leaving her to slowly wander alone through the cool night air. The moon's light lit up the land in a beautiful silver light and for the first time in what felt like forever she felt the urge to sing rise up within her. A favorite song of hers came to mind and she let it out, her voice echoing as she walked. Just as she reached the actual Creek she began the chorus.
"So open your eyes and see
The way our horizons meet
And all of the lights will lead
Into the night with me
And I know these scars will bleed
But both of our hearts believe
All of these stars will guide us home"
She continued the words as she sat by the Creek, violet eyes looking up at the stars. A feeling of peace washed over her and she closed her eyes, finishing the song and humming quietly.
