Flicker squirmed, the teeth slicing into her ear. She pushed, kicked, and forced herself out from under their grasps. She half supposed that they'd let her be, she'd received punishment and they'd dragged information from her. They'd chase her; she was faster. One kept hounding her, she knew. His lumbering mass followed after her mile after mile.
She managed to evade recapture nor making any more wounds and sped off and away.
