Stormcloud was wondering along the borders of the Suspire territory, anticipation making her stop eventually. She stared into the undergrowth, hoping to see another wolf staring back. Nothing. She wodered when a patrol would come, but you never know. She howled. It was a questioning howl, one to summon a wolf to her.
Forgive the brute, they just went through a thing with an invading pack and he's aggravated

And summon she did, Ferdie Von Pelt's ear turned toward the call, Ferdie scented the air, The incident with the swiftcurrent creek wolfs left him aggravated and with heightened awareness of prowlers at the boarder he followed the trail the wind gave to him. He moved toward the unfamiliar howl with haste.

His tail flipped up high over his back as he came upon her, He stared down at the wolf whom howled, his gaze upon her was sharp and unforgiving. He was testy right now if this was a swiftcurrent creek wolf trying to infiltrate his pack.... but it wasn't she didn't smell like those wolves.

Even knowing that he didn't move from his spot towering above the wolf, This fledgling pack needed physically fit wolves, they had winter to prepare for. She hadn't spoken yet so he gave a warning rumble from deep in his chest, saying without actually speaking the words speak now or forever hold your peace... He wasn't a killer, not by far. But he was growing less tolerant of other wolves.

"I am Stormcloud, and I would like to join your pack." Stormcloud stared hopefully up. If this wolf accepted her, she could live a true life. Moving so close to the border, that the scent was over powering. "Will you accept me? I am good at hunting and fighting, and I will also take care of pups, or do whatever you want." Her eyes sparkle with anticipation.

The impeccably groomed and brutishly sized alpha snorted and bared his teeth at her as she stared up at him.

Now he understood how rude he had been to Haunter when he first joined Swiftcurrent Creek, and he liked it even less then Haunter did at the time. He would not let this wolf get away with being this rude and unsubmissive as he had in his last pack.

Ferdie stalked up to her, invading her space; his chest puffed out ears forward and his teeth still bared, but he didn't growl this was all this posturing so far. He stared down into her eyes without yet speaking for she had not yet earned his name. Though he did care about the things she could offer he first and foremost cared about her actions.

Stormcloud remembered who this wolf was at just the right moment. He walked up to her, and stared down at her. She immediately groveled on the ground, ears flattened o the back of her head. She rolled until her soft underbelly was visible, and he could scratch her if he really wanted to. "I'm sorry," she said when she rolled. She started to look like a foolish puppy, but she wanted to earn this wolves utmost respect as a completely unknown wolf.

When he bared his teeth earlier, she had backed up a little, and then he walked right up to her. She fixed her mistakes alright, going into the most submissive posture she knew, where she lay the top of her head down onto the ground, exposing her stomach as well as her throat.

Ferdie Von Pelt leaned down and grasped her throat in his jaws gently but firmly for a good moment before he finally released her. He decided she needed a good reminder of whom he was and how to act; at least in front of him.

He licked his lips tasting her upon h is lips and backed up up a step to gave her some respectful space, I am Ferdie Von Pelt, Welcome home Stormcloud Ferdie offered her a more friendly smile now.

She had enough of his scent upon her now that she'd not be mistaken for and outsider, I must ask, is there a story behind your name? She'd find him a more pleasant wolf now that he was more comfortable with her.

Yes. When I was born, a storm raged, and lightning struck by my mother and siblings. They didn't survive. I did. My grandmother named me Stormcloud. Sitting up, slowly, afraid the alpha would attack her, she looked around. Home? I get to stay? She was shocked at what he had said. Home,[i] she wondered. I get to stay here forever?

@Ferdie Von Pelt, here we go again. She has a little amnesia, sorry.
humm... what is with on this amnesia stuff lately?

Ferdie Von Pelt nodded to both the story and her question to him. Would you like me to show you the way to the oasis? your first task will be to hunt and fill our caches but always protect our borders their is a pack whom attack our borders regulalrly any pack wolf is to be driven off without question! Ferdie bared his teeth at the thought of swiftcurrent creek wolves here his new home.

he put his teeth away, Sorry the tresspasers have been here recently and I'm still angry about it

I would like that. Could we hunt first though? I will do all I can to save/ protect my new pack. With that said, she nodded politely to her alpha to lead the way.

Sorry this is so short, I didn't really need to say or do much this post. I know right. My charrie was kind of born with it. She doesn't remember some stuff.

We are planing a pack hunt, I will hunt with everyone then, for now I need to recheck the borders. Look for Nightingale I bet she'll make a delightful hunting partner for you right now.

Ferdie stood and nodded to Stormcloud. Be sure to try and meet each pack member Ferdie informed her he troted off adn lifted a leg to mark and remark the boarders, obviously they needed remarking if other pack wolves were scurrying about

Fade Ferdie... We'll thread again soon :D
Closing post.)

Stormcloud stared after him, watching him remark their borders. She stepped into her new territory. A wave of new scents drifted towards her. Nightingale, she thought. Trekking away, she searched for a wolf who's name was Nightingale.
