Ocean was walking towards the border marks she had seen, marking her own scent just outside of them to let the wolves know she was female and in heat, and in desperate need of social animals. She howled for the alpha, who's name she did not know yet. She barked out her gender and that she was in heat as well, then sat back and waited for the alpha to arrive.
