In the guidebook, it says that you can have up to 2 trades with 3 specialties total. 

Q: If a character has 1 trade, can they have 3 specialties? Or is there a 2 spec. limit per trade?

You may distribute the specialties to whichever trades you'd like.

Here are some acceptable scenarios:

Caregiver + Medic + Midwife + Sitter
Chronicler

OR

Caregiver + Medic + Midwife
Chronicler + Bard

OR

Caregiver + Medic + Midwife + Sitter
