she's been fairly ignorant of the tension in the pack, but that doesn't mean she hasn't noticed the exodus of what seems to be a sizable portion of the pack. baelfire's been absent the past weeks, and so she's amassed a considerable cache of her own to rely on, and expanded her knowledge considerably in the last month.

she tugs at a splinter of bone stuck betwixt two molars as she walks, face set into a twisted grimace and concentration decidedly not on what lay in her path.
Arbiter was letting Terance spend some time with the kids -- after all, if he was determined to go on his jaunt across the map, he wouldn't get to see them for a while. So, she was heading off to grab them a meal. Simple stuff.

And it might have passed uneventfully bad her trajectory not crossed paths with Vuk. She hadn't seen her since she was accepted, not that it was particularly surprising given how having pups had pretty well sent Arbiter into seclusion. She'd healed up fine from what she could tell. Uncertain if she wanted to go and spew all the news at Vuk that she'd hear in the next 24 hours or so anyway, she opted for a more neutral option, Vuk. Doing much better now, I see.
Treason approached - she would always be slightly intimidating to Vuk, but having been a part of the Hollow as long as she had she no longer got nervous around her. "I am," she agreed, continuing after a beat, "I haven't really seen Baelfire around  recently, but I've built up my own cache of herbs I think should be useful." she was half-hoping the woman had some insight into her friends scarcity that she didn't; it made learning a lot harder, but she'd been smart enough to absorb as much as possible when he'd been around.
Yeah, she'd noticed he'd quieted up too.  Whether or not he stuck around in the long term... Eh.  Questionable.  She'd believe it when she saw it.  We've had a bit of off luck with medics.  Keeping to himself, who knows.  Perhaps you and Gannet can pool your resources -- both supplies and knowledge?  At least that sounded reasonable to her.  Maybe it was something that wasn't easy to do that with, but that didn't seem particularly logical either.  Have you met him?  If not, that'd be something easy for them to do to, assuming they didn't have completely opposite schedules or something.  Really, they did need a competent healer in the batch, even if it was two fractional ones added together to make a whole + change.
