She hadn’t gone far, her childish sentimental values begging her to travel back to the safety of Strand and the Island. With every weak thought Padma pushed herself harder. She wouldn’t cower forever, and this was her time her awakening. At first, she thought about heading to find her mothers friend Aditya. Maybe he knew how to fight and would teach her. Or maybe the young boy man, Dacio? He looked able bodied maybe he would help her. To be honest, she had no direction, no idea of where to go. All she knew was the desire to redefine herself and rebuild what that monster had so readily destroyed.

Her aimless wander drove her toward the first place she had called home. It was there where she would head first. To see what might be left of the den she had been birthed in, the last disaster to strike her juvenile mind.
Derg led Keen further up the cape to then head towards Rusalka. They moved slowly, taking their time with their injuries. Hopefully, they'd mostly heal before they arrived, should Caiaphas take a disliking to their condition.

He was telling Keen more about Grezig when a wolf of reds and greys looking rather antagonized walked in their general direction. Not at them, so not a threat. Perhaps her mood was caused by that ear missing from atop her crown. Either way, he chuffed out of politeness and so Keen could interact more. In a place like Rusalka, she'd need to know how to stretch her legs and adapt back to pack life.

"You look lost, girl," he called out to Padma, wandering closer with a friendly posture.
