@Keith ! A bit of PP, not too much since Keith did follow her out of BFW. :P

The priestess had strode out of the dark forest, eyes squinting at the sudden shift in lighting. It was quite dark in that forest, almost night dark in some places. Striding further out of the woods, she gave her pelt a shake, letting some dark raven and crow down and feathers drift out of her own dark fur. She turned, wondering if the silver male was still behind her.

Upon seeing him, she breathed in his scent, trying to discern what pack he belonged to, if any. It was hard, since her nose was still clogged with the stench of birds. "Who are you exactly?"

Sorry for the wait, and for writing so much! I haven't posted in a while and got carried away with this one..
EDIT (1/22/2015): Removing tables.

It wasn't until the young prince started to think that they'd never get out of that place that the sudden light change let him know that he was finally safe and away from the corvid battle. Even if it wasn't a real threat for two wolves Keith was starting to feel a bit annoyed at the constant cawing of the birds, and the scenery wasn't close to be as beautiful as that of his new home. The Ouroboros thrived in life in contrast to the foggy and gloomy feeling in the forest that the birds kept referring to as Blackfeather Woods.

The white youth breathed in the pure air when he stepped out of the darkness of Blackfeather, relieved to be out. He took a look back at the forest for a few seconds. Despite the grim feeling he got from the place, he felt also an absurd, but intense curiosity towards it. There were no places like this in the north, everything up there was snow white and open; And Blackfeather had eerie and sinister feeling that lit the prince's desire to unveil its secrets.

The prince got lost in his thoughts and forgot about the Black female he had followed out of the forest. Her voice blurred in the background but when he realized she was talking to him he shook his head and turned his gaze to her indigo eyes, which like the forest had an eldrich gleam that for a moment he thought was a little bit familiar. "I'm sorry, I.." he murmured shifting his eyes to the ground, "My name's Keith... Keithen White." his voice what somewhat shaky for his mind was somewhere else.

An image of a white pelted female bleeding in the sand appeared in his head, barks and howls flooded the yearling's ears even though the place was silent, then a pair of deep blue eyes in the dark --Please! Please just let me go!-- and then nothing. Keith's breath was heavy and his eyes were closed, he was trying to process this images, he knew they were memories, but they were not his, or at least not completely.
It's alright. I've been pretty busy too. :)

"Meldresi Melonii." she returned to the young boy. He was indeed different now. She hadn't seen this side of him before, so when she was inticing MoonBane to join her, she was only assuming. Now she could see why he was so anxious to be freed of his constraint. This side was much more restrained and cool than the other.

Her eyes narrowed slightly then, half-accusatory, half in wonderment. Had he remembered who she was? Or was it something else that drove him to follow her. "Why did you follow me in there?"

The young prince was lost in his unexpected vision when the shadow female introduced herself, but he managed to focus on her name, Meldresi. She then askedwhy he had followed her into the forest, but the truth was that he only followed her out of it. He shook his head again, returning to the real world "No I.. I saw you when I was already inside, I thought you could get me out of there... I.. I lost my trace.." he admitted flattening his ears a bit.

There was something familiar about her eyes, so he couldn't resist asking, "Hey did we.. Have we met before?" he enquired. Deep inside he knew there was a possibility that he had met her during a full moon, because even though he didn't remember what happened when Bane came everything was still inside his mind.

So he had some kind of memory of those nights. He had remembered her, a least a little bit. She was familiar to him. For a while she was silent, wondering if revealing her deal with the dark side of him would do anything before she responded. "Maybe," she said, her face a mask of perplextion. "I have met a lot of people in the Teekon Wilds. It is possible."

Meldresi turned back to look at the dark forest nearby. Despite the crow's warning, she still wanted to go back and explore the place. "This place is interesting, no?" She mused. "Maybe we could go back and explore. Perhaps I could even live there one day." She looked back at Keith. "What do you think?"

Hey lets go ahead and set this after Keith joined the Ouroboros, yes? It can be a little.. discordant with the past thread but wtf...

The shadow female stated that she had met a lot of people in the wilds, and the posibility of her knowing his dark side ashamed him even more that he was for getting lost in the dark forest. He responded to her words with a smile and a slow nod of his head. If she did really meet him before, he wasn't himself, and he didn't have any memory of it, at least not one he knew he poseed.

Keith too loked back at the forest again when the female did, she said it was interesting and that maybe they should go back in and explore, and as if that wasn't enough she also said that maybe she would live there one day. He turned his face back at the female taken aback by her statement "Live there? are you gonna set a pack or something?" are you mad? The place was really interesting and all, he wouldn't deny that, but the idea of living there seemed slightly.. outlandish.

The young prince took a quick glande at the dula woods and then percude his eyes on Meldresi, but wagged his tail a little so she knew he wasn't threatening her. "The forest is interesting indeed, you will not get bored, that's for sure.." he chuckled soflty, deep inside there was a desire to explore the wicked forest, but for the moment he had had enough of the corvids, "I will gladly come back with you to explore.. what did the crow call it? Blackfeather?" he laughed "But another day perhaps. Too much crow for one day." If she did mean to actually live there, or set a pack, she would have to deal with this sort of things day after day.
Uggh I posted this yesterday but my internet crashed. DX

Just as she suspected after her first meeting with this male's other side, he only had a small idea of who she was. He couldn't place it, but she was familiar to him. How interesting. "You could say that. It would be a select group of wolves. Not many people are comfortable in those kind of conditions." The forest was scary, that was certain. With the addition of warring birds, it made the place an unlikely place to live in.

But, living in 'Blackfeather Woods' would mean dealing with the crows and ravens. The crow leader had insisted that they leave as soon as possible. It was possible that the raven leader wanted them gone too. She would have to get rid of the threat one way or another. "We have to make sure that the birds know we aren't a threat. I don't want any unnessicary violence, but if they can't be persuaded, then I might have to kick them out." It would be a feat, killing all of those birds. But only if they do not agree to her terms.

The black female started explaining her plans to Keith, and he listened to every word she said. He wouldn't deny that the idea was.. Interesting, he had come to like the place at some point between the treacherous paths and the nasty corvids, It was.. Entertaining..

Then she said something that caught the boy's attention, "We have to make sure that..." We? was she inviting him to join her? The young prince locked eyes with her for a moment, if she was saying what he thought, then it would mean that he'd have to leave Cara in the Ouroboros.. Not that they had anything important yet, but he really liked her and he wanted to see how far they could get. "Is that an invitation?" he asked with a more serious tone.

She allowed a half-smile to cross her face. "Indeed it is." She only had allegiance from one half of him, and that half only came out once a month. That wasn't enough. Half a wolf wasn't enough to help feed a pack or protect its borders.

Though she sensed he still felt devotions to someone else. The tone in his voice, though serious, had a hint of suspicion. She had to hold his interest and sway him somehow. "That forest isn't the friendliest place and not everyone is going to go in there. Just you entering it on your own accord is enough to entice my interests."

Her interests? They silver boy couldn't help noticing that her words meant slightly more that he was able to go in there on his own, what interests did she wave in him? "Well I won't deny that the forest is an intriguing place, Meldresi" he barked with suspicion in his words, "But there's got to be something besides the vacancy that attracts you of this particular place... I mean, there are better places to set a pack... The Heartwood for example..." he said quickly pointing the bright forest that was right in front of Blackfeather.

If the silver prince hadn't just joined the Ouroboros pack there would be no problem with following Meldresi to the depths of the dark blackfeather. What better than joining a young pack and probably be put in a high rank instead of having to climb up the hierarchy. But he had found someone in the Ouroboros, someone that made his heartbeat run when he saw her, there was no way he'd give up on her to follow a dangerous adventure such as the blackfeather. However, he'd keep an eye on the shadow female, he felt like something was pulling him towards her. Do it! Do it!- his mind told him. But, was it his mind?

She sighed, knowing that it was about time to explain why she chose Blackfeather of all places. Keith did make a point. The Heartwood was a lot more pleasant and less dangerous than the dark forest Meldresi had chosen. "If you must know, it's a religious reason too." She murmured, not going that far into detail. "And besides, the Heartwood is too close to Ouroboros for one to be comfortable."

She did not need the trouble of competing with the fierce pack. It was bad enough that she was leaving them. The priestess thought back to when she had first joined the pack and heard about the traitor and the female he took with him. She not want a fight with them, not yet at least.

Religion, even if the boy didn't want to seem illiterate he felt the need to ask what the word meant. The north knew no gods, northeners feared and worshiped the winter and the winter only. "Religious..?" the prince asked with intrigue, "If I am to follow you, I must know why, don't I?" he said, trying to get more information from the black female.

If she ventured in such a dangerous place alone and was planning to stay there, and even set a pack she must have been up to no good. The silver prince was starting to get suspicious about her intentions.

Meldresi sensed a hint of confusion when Keith repeated the word 'religious'. Did he not know what that was? He wouldn't be the first she had met. "My religion, my goddess is based on darkness. On shadows and the intrigue that takes place during the dark." She was being vague with "intrigue". It could mean a lot of things, that word. If her goddess could be defined with only one word, it would probably be that. "Blackfeather is the ideal place for one of my belief. But I won't force my beliefs on you, all I ask is that you adhere to some of the traditions that I will incorprate into the pack."

She hoped that the young wolf wouldn't be turned off by the truth. Sometimes the truth was neccesary, it seemed, for making lies. Besides, the traditions she would put into her pack wasn't anything crazy, like the sacrifice of wolves or the drinking of blood, like she had seen in other cults. She would never force it upon them anyway. If they wished to convert, then she would gladly do so, but she would never force her own religion upon her followers.

Meldresi be like What! You from Oroboros!? xD

Well yeah, if you say that you believe in a goddess based on darkness then Blackfeather is your place to be.. The silver prince did feel intrigued by the proposal of the shadow female, but there was a problem. He was loyal to his pack now. He had pledged himself to the sick queen, and he was a man of word. Though if the queen's sickness got to a deathly point then the boy would be free of his oath, right?

"I don't know Meldresi.. I won't lie to you, your proposal is interesting, I'd love to know more about your goddess, But is just that.. Ouroboros is a wonderful place and I already swore loyalty to Jinx.. I can't let her down, you know?" he said pressing his ears back without completely turning down the opportunity. The yearling wasn't sure he wanted to put up with Kaname and his shit and maybe there would be a moment in which he'd need a way out of the pack, so he didn't want to close the door completely, not yet.
This looks like a good place to wrap it up. :P

Her ears perked up at the sound of her current home's name. Ouroboros? He was from the Spine? He must have been new then; she had not met him. "Jinx is dying, that is very certain." She said firmly. The priestess knew this type of disease, though its name escaped her. This disease will ravage her mind until she forgets who she is, and close her throat until she cannot drink a sip of water. If she doesn't blindly attack someone and get herself killed, then she will certainly die of dehydration, or starvation. Whichever comes first.

"But, if you need time to reconsider, I will allow you that." She murmured, paws ready to take her back home. "But I would like your answer soon, whether it is a yes, or a no."

Yeah let's fade with them talking about Jinx

"You know Jinx?" he barked puzzled, and after catching that characteristic blood and love scent of his alpha he realized "you're from the Ouroboros!" The young prince was new around and he didn't know the people yet, so it didn't seem odd not to have met her yet.

"I'll tell you what Meldresi, I can't come with you right now.. But it's not a no." He said with a wink, and without waiting for her reaction he changed topic. "So what do you think is happening to Jinx? I mean, I just joined the pack but she couldn't have always been like this.."
Alright, last post from me.

Satisfied with his answer for now, she brought the conversation to their dying queen. It was more important now, since she was an authoritative figure in both of their lives. The priestess would stay until the queen died anyway, which would be in only a matter of days. "No, she contracted the disease soon after we moved to Ouroboros." She thought back to the "spider" bite Jinx had during the first pack hunt.

"She was bitten by something, but even though she claimed it was a spider bite, I believe it was something more...." The priestess trailed off, continuing to talk about their queen's affliction, steering away from the topic of her pack, though she would soon return to it another time...
