 @Dante
sorry for the wait

A new scent, a new member to their court. Though she usually was wary of newcomers, the influx of these unknown canines had helped her deal with her anxiety. After all, they were now apart of her new family! she did not know of this new member, she didn't even know what he looked like. Only his scent identified him, what better way to get to know someone but through a checkup. A smile played on the fairy doctor's maw as she carried a small squirrel fur with a few simple herbs that she could teach the newcomer how to use if he was uncomfortable asking for help. She hoped that Orlaith would get her some more skins or else she will be making multiple trips to visit the new fairies, she hated to see an animal killed but at least she was using every part of them so their death was never in vain. ow where was this new guy?
Dante was beginning to think that perhaps this decision he had made had been a good one. Despite the boy's naturally tendency to flee from committing to huge decisions, his pledge to the silver wisp felt like a decision that had already been made the moment he had gazed upon her. That wasn't to say he hadn't had his doubts, no, the boy had definitely had a moment of post-decison anxiety, but he could easily say now that it was momentary nerves. The territory was absolutely stunning, and he felt endlessly grateful and lucky to be able to call it a safe-haven for the time being. Lumiya had given him a nice, quick tour of the land, but he was still searching out its little secrets day after day, and Dante was also yet to meet any of Lumiya's companions.

At the moment, the boy could be found with his nose pressed to the ground at the base of a willow, nudging lightly at its roots in seach of small creatures. Dante was a bit clumsy and never fancied himself a master of hunting small game (they were always ust a bit too quick, a bit too agile for him), but he was quite fond of seeking them out, observing them and their curious lives. He was pretty sure he had caught on to the den of some fuzzy being and had been lightly prodding around the area for several minutes. It was then that the yearling's nose was flooded with a new scent, one that quickly pulled his attention from his little mission. The boy lifted his head and his ear swiveled forward on his head, straining to pick up the sound of pawsteps. "'lo?" Dante called softly, his nose twitching a bit more as he picked out the smell of the new wolf, earthy and soothing, feminine for sure. His curiosity peaked as he awaited a response.
