If puppies die right after birth do they need MERs or pup slots? Just as the title says lol
I think they still need approval, but not slots for the dead buppies if I recall correctly?
Conception requires approval before the conception thread is created. Approval requires both parents to meet the MERs. No slots are needed if no accounts are created and the puppies die within the first week of their life.
