She was on a mission this morning; she wanted to find her niece and check on her. She also wanted to feel out what Taktuq wanted to do long term. She had given her some space to adjust for as long as she could. She would have hunted for the pup, but Taikon made sure she didn't have to do that. The scary feeling swelled in her chest as she found the freshly killed hare in the cache closest to their den. She was more and more grateful for him every day.
Rabbit held between her teeth, she got to work tracking the girl down, curious as to what she might be doing this morning.
