[ooc] @adair the forsaken hello again. Setting this after, our respect threads with Shadow. Although they are both incomplete, so I was thinking to leave an punishments out for now. Lets say a small clearing deep within the heart of the territory. [ooc]

Once she had been released from her masters side she thought it best to explore the rest of the territory to acquaint herself with the land to aid in her duties. She was rather angry, fuming in fact, she had never been in this kind of situation before. Soon her exploration turned into a pacing adventure instead, if she continued her paws would carve a scare into the surface of the land. There was a silent conversation happening with the alabaster females mind, cursing herself, her master, and all others she could think of. She winced every once in awhile from the stinging in her paws, and their soreness. "I swear on my life that I will not remain a slave for the rest of my life! I refuse, you will see I will gain my freedom!" Enya yelled to the heavens, she new she would be punished if her master was within ear shot, but thankfully he was not at the moment anyway. Letting out a dangerous growl to herself, Enya stopped and dropped her head in dismay, what if she was destined to be at the mercy of someone else for the rest of her days. Tears were almost brought to her eyes, but she held them back barely.
( Understood. Adair's probably gonna be joining you soon as a slave, because Shadow prob hates him now. xD gonna just pretend like Shadow hadnt given him an answer as to his punishment yet, but the convo did happen. )

When Adair was dismissed from the conversation between himself and his Alpha, the 4 year old wood cloaked hessian looked for a place to clear his mind of such events. It was only when he caught the scent of the slaved femmora. He had wondered mainly what she was doing, along with her safety. Was she ok? Had she had another punishment to go along with her new role? Was there regular beatings, at that?
He might have to have her visit Paar, but the brute couldnt bring himself to have such a talk with the the female. Her lover would the reason she was healing the girl.

Continuing on, he sniffed the area as well, making sure Shadow was no where near the area, before he heard
"I swear on my life that I will not remain a slave for the rest of my life! I refuse, you will see I will gain my freedom!"

Adair appeared at that very moment, with a solemn look upon his once cheery face.
Softly, he spoke to the female.

"We may soon both be in this boat together, lass. I too, have no reason seen from the Alpha's eyes"
The massive wolf trotted before the prone ivory, and sat on his silked haunches.

He had always remembered this female. Thats another reason why he had chosen a method of kindness when he saw her on pack lands. She would have gotten kindness regardless, but him knowing her, made a bit easier for the both of them. Well, that obviously had taken a turn for the worse. Kindness was not a thing to be appreciated in a pack, nowadays.
That was when the thought of him getting her into a slave position settled grief and regret into his heart.

"I do apologize for getting you into such a shitty spot amongst us. I also apologize for you having to have this burden on your already full shoulders. If I could switch with you, and give you a lighter one, I would do it with no regrets."

The male remembered that Shadow labeled her as a Roman...does that mean she'd have the temperment he did? Will she reject his apologies? Call him a selfish idiot, and continue on with her duties? He had no clue..after all, he had only known her for a day.
"We may soon both be in this boat together, lass. I too, have no reason seen from the Alpha's eyes" Enya was surprised to hear another voice, whipping around her black orbs caught the sight of Adair Erïksőn. Her eyes narrowed slightly, but she followed the rules which were now her life, she dipped her head slightly showing her subordination. "Adair Erïksőn. Lambda of the Noctisardor Bypass pack. How nice to see you once more." She sneered, seemingly angry at the kind male in front of her. "I do apologize for getting you into such a shitty spot amongst us. I also apologize for you having to have this burden on your already full shoulders. If I could switch with you, and give you a lighter one, I would do it with no regrets." The anger slowly slipped from her face, "Well, I supposed I should have waited at the border, it is not totally your fault." She did not mean to appear angry at Adair, she was more disappointed in herself, and her actions, Enya knew that she was completely at fault. She alone had brought dishonor to her family, she somehow had to find a way to restore her name. "Please excuse my anger. It has been quite an eventful time." She hoped he understood, "What do you mean, we may be in the same boat?" Enya could not make sense of what he was talking about, surely Praetor Shadow would not enslave one of his own pack.
"Adair Erïksőn. Lambda of the Noctisardor Bypass pack. How nice to see you once more."

She spoke with venom in her words. Adair was not buffeted by the harshity of her words. He had caught more than his recent fair share by Shadow.

"Please excuse my anger. It has been quite an eventful time. What do you mean, we may be in the same boat?"

The warm coated hessian nodded. He understood her stress at the past happenings. Such trauma and drama. Such change.

"I hold nothing against you, Enya. I too, have become bridled with wrong and unfair misunderstood looks. I feel for you, in this despair you trudge through. But please, for my sake and yours, keep yourself. Keep who you are. Change yourself for none, no matter the circumstances. If necessary, gild yourself with a swift mask, but do not let it become one with you, for the day you lose yourself, is the day you no longer know who you fight for. And one thing we both fight for...is just and right. Humility. Let your heart not shard into stone, Enya. Its the one thing that keeps us civilized. "

At that moment, he had recalled she had previously asked a question.

"And as for us being in the same boat,..."
Adair sent her a bit of sorrow in his once warm, amberized hazel orbs.
"I may join your slavery soon, if not only being a rank merely above you. Depending on the Alpha's heart, who knows what future lies ahead? I've spoken to him, soft and forewarnings that could gentle a boar, yet his spirit remains like that of unbreakable platinum. I have explained, and worded my side, only to be labeled as disrespectful, when I spoke nothing of disrespect. So im at a loss for words, Enya. For once, my mind holds nothing, and my tongue was barren. "

The exhausted male lowered himself, belly flat on the ground, releasing a sigh.

"It seems as if what we once shared, our adventures, our trails and travels, they have obliterated. Apparently, they were nothing to be considered. I have no idea of what lies before me, now, lass, but my heart is telling me its not good.", Adair murmured softly to the pale female.

"Then it is I who should be apologizing to you. I knew better than to trespass, I was taught better. Now I fear my actions will bring misfortune on more than just myself." Enya looked away in shame, moving so she could sit lie down along side him, she had grief in her eyes. "I am so terribly sorry Adair, I had no forethought." She felt terrible, more so than she had in a long time, "You know, I don't apologize very often, mainly because I don't believe most have the right to my apology. But you, you have earned my respect Adair, Thank you." Although her words were simple they held more emotion than any others. Her thanks was for more than what had happened in their conversation thus far, she tried to convey that, but was at a lose of words, 'thank you' was all she could hope to accomplish.

Seeing the ivory hellion look so defeated, who once looked so proud, touched Adairs heart. When she placed her prone form beside him, he gazed at her with understanding in his amber hazel orbs, and he lightly nosed her left shoulder.
He returned his head to its previous position, speaking gently to her,

"All that happens, happens for a reason, Enya. Maybe you were fated to commit such an action. Think of the benefits of this consequence that has brought you here...I have. I look for the light amongst the darkness, and the calm amongst the calamities. The one thing that has made me happy, thus far, was seeing you again, since that day. If you would have never showed, I may have never seen you again. So there is no need for you to apologize, miss Enya. ", Adair said in a soothing way, trying to console the distressed femalia.

She spoke to him of 'respect', and he regally yet humbley dipped his head, acknowledging the complcompliment.

"You have already gotten my own. I was raised to see that respect is a thing that is freely given, not earned. It a tging that is built upon, not created from scratch. That is what gives me the strength to show kindness to those who want death from me. You have more respect from me, than anyone, so far. For me to have yours, however, is a privilege I will not take for granted."

Adair gazed at the ground, his voice dimming to show the solemn words their meaning.

"Though some have my respect, soon it will wane. It was given at first words of greeting, built upon, then so easily, was destroyed by their own words. Soon, I fear it will be gone. Then despair will befall either one of us. " Adair prophesied.
I am so sorry for my late reply, school, started and I've been sick, life has gotten in the way all of a sudden!!!! Please forgive me.

Enya chuckled slightly, respect was not something she would ever be able to give so freely, her attitude and upbringing making such things impossible, but his ideals made her happy for once. Looking back into the tree accepting that he had suitable forgiven her, her roman side returned. "Was he terribly harsh on you?" She spoke with slight concern, but there was little emotion aside from that, she would not wish for her new and only friend to be enslaved or punished for her own stupidity. Enya glanced in his direction, checking him for any obvious injury, although there were none that she could see, he seemed well.

(its perf fine. :D Everyone has a life, besides Xandir. My bro just joined this website, look for a Vector in Bypass's members. you'll see him. He's gonna most likely be on more than me, so if you wanna meet him or something, i have no probs with it. But if you reply, i will respond the moment i can. :3)

The woodclad hessian noted the softer tones of her voice, her obvious stresses now passed onto a new subject,...himself. The gentle giant chuckled at the mention of the pain the Alpha could have brought upon him, though the usually merry sound was forced.

"No, dear Enya. Such a thing has not happened, at least not to my knowledge," he attempted to lighten the situation, knowing there was no use. The deep sense of dread had been born in his stomach, and nothing could stop its growth. There would be hell to pay. Her dark eyes flashed swiftly in his direction, the confirmation of his previous thought : she thought he had hurt him. The concern had given Adair a soft touch of comfort, though it lasted just a second before it faded away, into nothingness.
