Promotion time for @Eldritch!

All seemed to be going smoothly with the pack. No one had complaints about Zephyr being moved up in the ranks so Rowanwhad to be doing something right.
Maybe this leading thing wasn't so hard after all.

He now sought the dark follower who had shown such promise. Such grit and yet so calm. Mephala spoke to her. Eldritch was made for this. Of course, they'd do this slowly but had any of them been leaders before?
Rowan didn't think so, so they just had to do their best.

He first searched the Altar, expecting to find her somewhere nearby.
Of course, El was at the altar. Here, she had her coyote teeth out, and seemed to be looking at them as if reading messages.
Granted she wasn't well-practiced anymore with it, she would get there again.

As she looked at how the current teeth lie on the flat surface, Eldritch hmmed softly to herself.
From what she saw, there was good news coming, unexpected surprise, or both.

First, the disembodied murmurs fluttered around her.

And then...
Hearing footfalls approaching, Eldritch calmly turned her head to see Rowan, and a welcome smile made itself across her face.
"Rowan, what can I do for you?" She purled, turning back to her bones to begin pulling them back onto the rabbit pelt.
He flashed her a smile.
She was looking into the teeth for something. Her presence was calm and deepfelt.
She was trying to talk to the Daedra.

"I would like for you to be my beta." He wasn't one to dress it up.
He thought of her as being perfect for the role. She might have a dark side but that was yet to be seen. They might need someone who is just a little bit ruthless and with a sharp tongue.
A clever one anyway.

"What do you think?"
Ah, so this is what the bones were talking about.

Eldritch's eyes widened slightly with the offer, an unexpected turn of events, indeed.
Tail swaying with a pleased air, the Seer spoke.

"I would be honored to be your beta." She smiled. Unlike her long-gone sister, who she unknowingly shared the Teekons with, the Witch understood all things would happen when and if they were meant to, and she rolled with most of the punches anyway.
Tilting her head ever-slightly, Eldritch waited to see if he had more words to share with her.
