the little skybird stared at the muzzy glint of sunlight assailing her small eyes.
she had woken as normal, nursed greedily at @Praimfaya's side, gummed worripa sharply, and slept.
the caw of a bluejay outside the densite had woken her, and with that, a new sense: sight.
the tiny nose worked furiously; she rolled over her brother to land heavily on milk-filled belly, small blunted head weaving curiously in the direction of the light.
