AW but @Sialuk and/or @Kukutux perhaps? :3

The dove trotted through the ulax as brother sun shone on them all, a soft pelt she had caught from a spring fawn earlier in the season clasped in her jaws. She had first cured it long ago but soaking and washing it in the river with saponin rich plants had softened it until she could rework it using Kukutux's methods. It had taken nearly a moon, as she had worked on it ever since emerging from her heat. She was rather proud of her efforts and hoped it would make a fine edition to the arrangement of hides within the Alpha and Beta's dwelling. Plus, the velvety fur might make for a warm whelping bed for the Moon's future litter.

Pain clenched between her hips as she padded through the establishment of personal dens, tiny ripples fluttering through her abdomen in response (early stirrings of her future cubs perhaps) as the bout of discomfort caused nausea to knot in her gut. Hunger clawed at her somewhere amidst all the unpleasant sensations but she hadn't been able to stomach the thought of eating the rabbit @Adrastus (reference) had brought her earlier that morn -- which she had felt endlessly guilty about, enough so that she had to fight back hormonal tears.

She hoped by seeking out their resident Caregivers she could get some answers to her many questions as a first-time mother and make sure everything was going okay with her pregnancy. She was mainly concerned about the fact that she seemed to be having trouble eating and keeping down any food, a pretty alarming fact considering that she seemed to be carrying several younglings.

When she reached the Ostregas' den, the Baptiste stopped a respectful distance from the threshold and released a muted noise of greeting around the bundled fur in her caramel jaws -- tail wagging as she waited for one or both of the pale moonwolves to emerge.
