I was going to wait until January but I missed her ^^; so she's gonna be a slow re-entry. We'll see where she ends up! RO re-entry for now <3

"Get back here, ungrateful BITCH!"

Screw that overgrown, pompous scat-sniffer and his absolute peanut of a son. One of these days she owed them a fucking reckoning, but as it was, she was a little... unable to follow up right this moment.

She hadn't asked for their help but, when she finally found some coherence, she was in a strange pack. Before she could even thank them properly they'd spouted into some sort of nonsense about her "duty to repay the favor"... a duty that, apparently, meant shacking up with Chief Jr. Gee, tempting, but pass. She was worth more than their sorry excuse for a 'medic' (who hadn't treated shit) at least twelve times over. She could have helped them for a while, but every layer of hell would freeze over before she'd touch that price.

She only stuck around long enough to get her legs under her, but shit hit the fan when she tried to bounce. Turns out she'd been gone way longer than she figured and, to make matters worse, the fuckin chomp she'd taken on her way out the door was slowing her down immensely. By the time she'd hit the wilds it was an infected mess and she was burning up. Trust Half-wit Henry to have a tainted trap. She needed to find some herbs, but the need for travel pressed her forward. She also needed to get home.

One of these things wasn't going to happen, and finally, necessity sealed it. Her legs gave out as she attempted to stumble up a shallow incline, and hazily Bridget realized she couldn't push herself up. It was weird, like she was detached and her body was just, suddenly, completely gone.

Her head rolled sideways as she lost consciousness. She'd be in and out, but by the time she managed to finally pull herself together enough to seek out some form of nearby medicine, darkness would have fallen.

It seemed she'd be stuck here for a while.
