if this is not too far, please baba @Fennec!

the bay. this is where the unpacking took place.
the big bird sucked him up and somewhere shit him out, then flew away.

he was glad to be free now. free to roam, free to eat, or to find babushka.

grigoriy, for no sounding reason, returned to the shore.
the box was not where he left it, it was now floating in the water.

he laughed! it was good that he escaped.
it was full of the sea from where he had broken it, and bobbing far-away.

zbavleniye ot plokhogo musora! he wheezed from the beach, feeling proud of himself.
this is pretty off from where they are on this timeline but I'll say it happens whenever they were closer to here and wave my hands about it! Bc I wanna join XD

Whoever that was, they were laughing loudly enough for three territories away to hear them. Fennec considered avoiding the wolf entirely, but the fact that she couldn't understand him was too interesting.

The fuck are you on about? she called, and the exchange suddenly reminded her of a similar instance in Firefly Glen. Shit, he was probably... nevermind.

Dismissing that, she kept her ears pricked and waited for an answer, all the while moving closer.
he paced like a rooster, surrounded by the fattest lady chickens.
then a voice rang out.

grigoriy is on new ground! it is good, it is not water. that is where the funny tree is, he had spun to face the woman but now motioned aggressively to the edge of the beach, where the crate was slowly sinking.

there! ptuh!! — that was the sound of grigoriy spitting decisively.
Seriously, what the fuck was he on about? Fennec didn't understand most of that, unable to comprehend why he wouldn't be on ground. There wasn't any other possibility.

So you're a nutcase. Awesome. She replied drolly, pacing forward on the sand so that she was within range to hear his breath. She wanted to be able to pinpoint him.

Do you know anything about this beach? Any packs in the area? If he was nuts she supposed she couldn't really trust whatever he said, but she was also intrigued. Not only did he have a very different way of speaking compared to literally anyone she'd met so far, but also... how often did she get to talk to someone who even she thought was weird?
