set before her threads with prophet and ego.  like the 21st?

evening found her restless.  she slipped from @Viridian’s side to seek @The Listener.  the prophet had spent much of her time with the children, and cerulean did not believe herself to be welcome there.  silhouetted by a blazing sunset, she kept a forgiving distance from the cave and uttered a low call for the shadow.
with the rise of morning came the unnamed god's call; a sweet voice singing of the listener's return to her druids. the children grew stronger each day. it was time.

with the fall of evening came cerulean's call, a cloying mockery of the voice of god. but this, too, came from the unnamed god. a second, harsher beckoning to her purpose. the listener rose and followed the stone path beyond the waterfall, its cool spray lending her a glittering aspect as she stepped into the warm evening light. sensing cerulean's unease, the prophet spared her the inevitable reprimand; she had overstepped, but she would not do so again.

i trust you bring good news.
mobile post, sry. being a little vague because these threads are still in progress.  you can assume what is detailed below is shared in dialogue.

she found the shadow’s presence to be prickly and off-putting. cerulean found it difficult to navigate. almost immediately, she wished for the conversation to have concluded, for the shade to slink back to her hollow where she could be avoided.

yes, she stated, i do.

she detailed first her meeting with ramesses at akashingo. an alliance was on the table; she would return to the pharoh’s mesa for an offering named belen when spring had come in full.

soon after, she had spoken with brecheliant. they were relieved to hear from bridget, and eagerly anticipated her return.

from there, she had set upon moonglow.

i must explain something before i tell you what was decided.

before you found us, moonglow had left their pack lands unmarked and unguarded. we did not know it was claimed. we stayed the night. my sisters ransacked the remnants of their caches. when they returned, they set upon us.

where she had once groveled before them, it filled her with righteous anger. she expected viridian to have recovered by now, and resented putting her life on hold for it.

when i arrived at their borders at the behest of the druids, i came with an apology on my lips. i had not the chance to utter it before they attacked me. i ran for my life, and later on met one of theirs, alone on the plateau to the southwest.

sweet lote.

her name is lote. moonglow must be large, for she is starting a sister branch of her own. she forgave us, and of my own volition i promised to make her whole. i do not expect you to provide the meat, and intend to hunt it myself.

this was the information she was sent for, and she felt she had done well.  but there was more.

there is one pack i found which i was not sent for. they are called redtail rise, and they are near sapphique, past the tangle. i spoke with their equivalent of our keeper. his name is prophet, and they call him the berserkr. he was her friend and she missed him. perhaps after this she would visit. they are simple, so he says.

but the druids made themselves out to be simple and had proven to be anything but.

i hope this is sufficient.
she had succeeded. the influence of the druids was spreading. and as cerulean spoke, the listener saw her as she truly was; not like the wind or the earthquake, the sun or the rain. she was like the flower; the first green bud to brave the frost, and the last drooping fern to succumb. she was the promise of life, new beginnings. she was a speaker already, in all but name. and the druids needed her now more than ever.

you have done well. these alliances you have forged will be honored. it seems that your journey has made you a speaker in all but title. now, the title is yours as well. you will go to the druids' grove and make yourself known to the druids. all of them. the last wolf you seek will be my first speaker, tulok. when you have met him, bring him to the whispering copse, the island just west of this one, and call for me. there is much to discuss,

sensing that her children required her presence, the listener nodded once to cerulean and departed. there was nothing more to say until tulok had arrived.

paging @Tulok since i can't promote cerulean myself yet. ;; thank you in advance <33
