Bridget hadn't particularly liked Reyes but this, obviously, wasn't an outcome she ever could have wished for. Tierra had come looking for her father and Bridget had been the one to meet her. He, apparently, had never made it to Mereo.
Obviously Bridget was well aware of the things that could happen to a wolf while traveling alone. She couldn't just leave it alone; if he was out here, she was going to help to find him. Personal feelings aside, the medic couldn't bring herself to actually believe that the man would abandon his daughter. She'd seen the way he looked at that little girl. She'd delivered the message to @Teya, but wasted little time before making her way out to look.
The space between Mereo and Brecheliant was fairly large, though, despite the proximity of the packs. And it had been long enough that there was no chance of finding a trace of where he might have been. She was relying on luck, something that had never really been on her side, as she doggedly trekked through the trees.
